Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 先端と基端とを有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端に設けられた操作部と、
前記挿入部の先端に設けられた先端部本体と、
前記先端部本体に設けられ、前記挿入部の長手軸に直交する方向の成分を含む方向に形成された第1回転軸部を有する起立台と、
前記先端部本体に設けられ、前記第1回転軸部に回転力を伝達する前記起立台を起伏動作させる起立レバーと、
前記操作部から前記挿入部を経由して前記先端部本体まで設けられ、前記操作部で生じた変位量を前記起立レバーに伝達する伝達部材と、
前記先端部本体に設けられた起立台収容部であって、前記起立台が収容される起立台収容空間と、前記起立台と前記起立レバーとの間に設けられる隔壁と、前記隔壁に設けられ前記第1回転軸部を軸支する軸受孔と、を有する起立台収容部と、
前記軸受孔に設けられたシール部材と、
を備え、
前記起立台収容空間は、前記起立台収容部の前記隔壁とは反対側に開放された開放部を有し、前記軸受孔の軸線方向からみた場合に、前記開放部は、前記起立台収容空間に配置される前記起立台を含む領域に形成されている、
内視鏡。 - 前記起立レバーは、前記第1回転軸部に連結された第2回転軸部を有し、
前記第1回転軸部と前記第2回転軸部との連結位置は前記シール部材よりも前記起立レバー側に配置され、
前記シール部材の前記軸受孔の軸線方向の位置決めを行う位置決め部を備える、
請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記位置決め部は、前記第1回転軸部又は前記第2回転軸部に設けられた位置規制溝で構成される、請求項2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記第1回転軸部は、太径部と、前記太径部の前記起立レバー側に隣接して設けられ前記太径部よりも外径が細い細径部と、前記太径部と前記細径部との段差部分に形成され前記第1回転軸部の軸線方向を法線方向とする第1規制面とを有し、
前記第2回転軸部は、前記第1回転軸部に連結されたときに前記第1規制面に対向する第2規制面を有し、
前記位置決め部は、前記第1規制面と前記第2規制面とで構成される、
請求項2に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記位置決め部は、前記隔壁の前記軸受孔の内壁面に設けられた位置規制溝で構成される、請求項2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記第2回転軸部は前記第1回転軸部に対してねじにより結合される、
請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記第2回転軸部は前記第1回転軸部に対して嵌め合いにより結合される、
請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記先端部本体は、被写体の光学像を得るための観察窓が配置された光学観察部を有し、
前記挿入部の長手軸に沿って先端側から見た場合に、前記光学観察部は前記起立台収容部の前記開放部が設けられる側に配設され、
前記先端部本体に前記起立台収容部と前記光学観察部とを組み込んだ状態において、前記軸受孔の軸線方向からみた場合に、前記光学観察部は、少なくとも前記起立台の前記第1回転軸部と重複する領域に設けられている、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
