触媒Hは、触媒Aと同様にして製造し、唯一異なる点は、第1の工程において、酢酸カリウムの含浸中に、1質量%Cu濃度の25gのCu(OAc)2溶液を使用することである。
Pd: 0.91質量%
Au: 0.36質量%
Cu: 0.23質量%
触媒Iは、触媒Dと同様にして製造し、唯一異なる点は、第1の工程において、5gのCu(OAc)2溶液(1質量%Cu)の代わりに、0.15gのK2SnO3を金酸カリウム溶液と混合することである。
Pd: 0.88質量%
Au: 0.35質量%
Sn: 0.056質量%
触媒Jは、触媒Bと同様にして製造し、唯一異なる点は、第1の工程において、5gのCu(OAc)2溶液(1質量%Cu)の代わりに、0.15gのK2SnO3を金酸カリウム含浸用溶液と混合することである。
Pd: 0.90質量%
Au: 0.35質量%
Sn: 0.045質量%
100gの担体材料KA−160(ズードケミー社から得られる)を計量し、穴埋め法(インシピエント湿潤法)によって、63.0g脱イオン水中の0.97g塩化銅二水和物の溶液を含浸させる。CuをNaOH溶液(220g脱イオン水に1.1gNaOH)中にて2.5時間、担体上に固定させ、上澄み液を取り除いた。次に、Clを含まない脱イオン水で担体を洗浄し、150℃にて窒素流中にて乾燥した。10.9gのNa2PdCl4溶液(12.36質量%Pd)と、52.2gの脱イオン水との混合物とともに、含浸によってCu(OH)2を担持させ、穴埋め法(インシピエント湿潤法)によって、Pdを塗布した。続いて、同様にして、PdをNaOH溶液(220g脱イオン水中2.5gNaOH)中にて担体に固定させ、Pd及びCu含有担体を、再度、Clを含まない脱イオン水で洗浄した。粗触媒を、流動床乾燥機中で、90℃/35分間にて乾燥し、チューブ炉中において静的に、フォーミングガス(N2中に5%H2)によって、70℃で30分間還元した。次に、同様に、金を、穴埋め法(インシピエント湿潤法)によって、塗布する。粗触媒には、18.3gの金酸カリウム溶液(4質量%Au)と、44.6gの脱イオン水との混合物を含浸させる。さらに、チューブ炉中において静的に、フォーミングガス(N2中に5%H2)によって、触媒を、100℃で30分間還元する。続いて、触媒に、金酸カリウム溶液(55.4g脱イオン水に7.6g酢酸カリウムを溶解)を、穴埋め法(インシピエント湿潤法)によって、再度含浸させる。そして、流動床乾燥機中で、100℃にて乾燥を行った。
Pd: 1.31質量%
Au: 0.82質量%
Cu: 0.32質量%
この試験のために、酢酸、エチレン、及び酸素を、5バールの圧力にて、それぞれ温度138℃/24時間、140℃/12時間、142℃/12時間で、各触媒G〜K上を通過させた(これらは、試験手順の自動的な遂行中における順序に従って適用するそれぞれの反応温度であり、即ち、138℃で24時間、次に140℃で12時間、次に142℃で12時間の反応温度で測定を行う)。使用した成分の濃度は、38%エチレン、5%O2、0.9%CO2、9%メタン、12%酢酸、残部N2である。
Claims (15)
- 下記の工程を実施し、
(a)酢酸塩化合物を担体に塗布する、及び、
(b)Pd前駆体化合物及びAu前駆体化合物を、順に又は同時に、工程(a)の後で得られた担体に塗布する、
工程(a)及び工程(b)の一方において、Cu及び/又はSn前駆体化合物を、さらに担体に塗布することを特徴とするシェル触媒の製造方法。 - 前記酢酸塩化合物は、酢酸アルカリ金属塩又は酢酸アルカリ土類金属塩である請求項1に記載の方法。
- Pd及び/又はAu及び/又はCu及び/又はSn前駆体化合物は、塩化物を含まない前駆体化合物、又は、塩素を含まない前駆体化合物である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)での塗布を、湿潤化学含浸によって実施する請求項1〜3の1項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤化学含浸を、穴埋め法によって実施する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)での担体への塗布を、前記前駆体化合物を含む1つ又は複数の溶液のスプレー含浸によって実施する請求項1〜5の1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スプレー含浸中に、プロセスガスによって前記担体を旋回させる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 流動床又は流動層にて前記担体の旋回を生じさせる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆体の金属成分を還元する工程(c)を工程(b)の後に実施する請求項1〜8の1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)及び工程(c)を、1つの装置内で実施する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)において、前記担体が静的に存在する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 担体を乾燥する工程(b1)を、工程(b)の後に実施する請求項1〜11の1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)、工程(b1)、及び工程(c)を、1つの装置内で実施する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13の1項に記載の方法を用いて得られたシェル触媒。
- 請求項14に記載のシェル触媒、又は、請求項1〜13の1項に記載の方法によって製造されたシェル触媒の、カルボン酸アルケニルエステルを製造するための使用。
