Abstract
【解決手段】ガス気化器であって、それぞれが複数の伝熱管(12)を有しかつ間欠的に並ぶ複数のパネル(10)と、各パネル(10)の伝熱管(12)に熱源媒体を供給する複数のトラフ(40)と、各トラフ(40)に熱源媒体を供給する熱源媒体供給部(50)と、各パネル(10)の下方で熱源媒体を受ける受け部(34)と、熱源媒体供給部(50)から各伝熱管(12)を経由することなく受け部(34)へ熱源媒体の一部を導くバイパス流路(60)と、を備え、バイパス流路(60)は、各伝熱管(12)から離間した位置を通りながら熱源媒体供給部(50)から受け部(34)に向かって延びる形状を有すること。

本発明の第1実施形態のガス気化器について、図1〜図4を参照しながら説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態のガス気化器について、図5を参照しながら説明する。なお、第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- 熱源媒体で低温液化ガスを加熱することにより当該低温液化ガスを気化させるガス気化器であって、
それぞれが特定方向に沿って並ぶ複数の伝熱管を有しかつ前記特定方向と交差する方向に沿って間欠的に並ぶ複数のパネルと、
前記複数のパネルが並ぶ並び方向に沿って間欠的に配置されており、各パネルの伝熱管に前記熱源媒体を供給する複数のトラフと、
各トラフに前記熱源媒体を供給する熱源媒体供給部と、
各パネルの下方で前記熱源媒体を受ける受け部と、
前記熱源媒体供給部から各伝熱管を経由することなく前記受け部へ前記熱源媒体の一部を導くバイパス流路と、を備え、
各伝熱管は、当該伝熱管内を流れる低温液化ガスと当該伝熱管の外面に沿って流れる熱源媒体とを熱交換させることによって前記低温液化ガスを加熱し、
前記バイパス流路は、各伝熱管から離間した位置を通りながら前記熱源媒体供給部から前記受け部に向かって延びる形状を有する、ガス気化器。 - 請求項1に記載のガス気化器において、
前記海水供給部は、
各トラフに前記熱源媒体を分配する複数の分配ヘッダーと、
各分配ヘッダーに前記熱源媒体を供給する熱源媒体マニホールドと、を有し、
前記バイパス流路は、前記熱源媒体マニホールドから前記受け部に向かって延びる形状を有する、ガス気化器。 - 請求項2に記載のガス気化器において、
前記バイパス流路は、前記熱源媒体マニホールドの下部から前記受け部に向かって延びる形状を有する、ガス気化器。 - 請求項1に記載のガス気化器において、
前記海水供給部は、
各トラフに前記熱源媒体を分配する複数の分配ヘッダーと、
各分配ヘッダーに前記熱源媒体を供給する熱源媒体マニホールドと、を有し、
前記バイパス流路は、前記分配ヘッダーの下流側の端部から前記受け部に向かって延びる形状を有する、ガス気化器。 - 請求項4に記載のガス気化器において、
前記バイパス流路は、前記分配ヘッダーの下流側の端部の下部から前記受け部に向かって延びる形状を有する、ガス気化器。
