Abstract
【解決手段】防水機能を有する従来プラグに比べ、比較的軽量である電源プラグである、電源プラグ200及びその製造方法において、電源接続基板210の内部素子(プラグ、回路板などを含む)を被覆可能な内蓋250を電源接続基板内部に設置し、内蓋とプレート220との間にコロイドを充填し、最後に超音波溶接で電源プラグの素子を密封にすることにより液体侵入防止機能が達成される。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一つのプラグを有するとともに、内側に複数の支持素子が設けられた電源接続基板と、
前記電源接続基板内の前記少なくとも一つのプラグに電気的に結合する第1エリア、及び第2エリアを有する回路板と、
前記回路板の前記第2エリアが内部に固定され、前記複数の支持素子に置かれる内蓋縁を周囲に有する溝を有するとともに、貫通穴を有する内蓋と、
前記貫通穴を貫通して前記回路板に電気的に結合する電線と、
前記内蓋に設けられて前記電源接続基板に嵌合し、前記内蓋との間に液体侵入防止用のコロイドが充填されるプレートと、を含む、
電源プラグ。 - 前記電源接続基板は、前記電線が設置される基板開口を更に有する、
請求項1に記載の電源プラグ。 - 前記電線は、前記基板開口に嵌合する配線ダクトを更に含む、
請求項2に記載の電源プラグ。 - 前記複数の支持素子の設置位置は、前記第1エリアと前記第2エリアとの境界に対応する、
請求項1に記載の電源プラグ。 - 充填される前記コロイドは、少なくとも前記電線を被覆する、
