Abstract
【解決手段】光モジュールは、基板101と、光導波路105と、筐体106とを備える。基板101は、光電変換を行う光素子104が搭載された基板である。光導波路105は、光素子104から出力される光、または、光素子104へ入力される光を導波させる可撓性の光導波路105である。筐体106は、基板101を収容する収容部106aと、収容部106aの外部へ光導波路105を引き出す通路106bであって、光導波路105の導波方向に沿って段差が形成されるように湾曲する通路106bとを有する。

Description
次に、変形例について説明する。変形例の光モジュールは、筐体106の通路106bの形状を除き、上記実施例の光モジュール100と同様の構成を有する。したがって、変形例では、上記実施例と共通する構成要素には、同一の参照符号を用いるとともに、その詳細な説明は省略する。
上述した光モジュール100は、組み立て性を向上するために、例えば、筐体が上カバーと下カバーとに分離される光モジュールに適用されることが有効である。図5は、適用例の光モジュールの全体構成を示す分解斜視図である。

Claims (3)
- 光電変換を行う光素子が搭載された基板と、
前記光素子から出力される光、または、前記光素子へ入力される光を導波させる可撓性の光導波路と、
前記基板を収容する収容部と、前記収容部の外部へ前記光導波路を引き出す通路であって、前記光導波路の導波方向に沿って段差が形成されるように湾曲する通路とを有する筐体と
を備えることを特徴とする光モジュール。 - 前記通路は、複数の前記段差が形成されるように湾曲することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光モジュール。
- 前記通路は、前記光導波路の曲げ半径が所定値以下に維持された状態で、前記収容部の外部へ前記光導波路を引き出すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光モジュール。
