Abstract
【解決手段】作業車両は、走行機体に搭載するエンジン5と、第一無段変速装置17を有する直進系伝動経路と、第二無段変速装置13を有する旋回系伝動経路と、エンジン5からの動力を受けて前後進する左右の走行部と、走行部を制動させるブレーキ機構と、ブレーキ機構を作用させるブレーキ操作具35と、直進系伝動経路の出力と旋回系伝動経路の出力とを連動的に制御する制御部813,814とを備え、直進系伝動経路の出力と旋回系伝動経路の出力を合成して左右の走行部を駆動する。制御部813,814は、ブレーキ操作具35への操作量が第1所定量を超えた際に、第一無段変速装置17からの動力出力を遮断させると同時に、第二無段変速装置13の斜板を中立状態とする

Claims (6)
- 走行機体に搭載するエンジンと、第一無段変速装置を有する直進系伝動経路と、第二無段変速装置を有する旋回系伝動経路と、前記エンジンからの動力を受けて前後進する左右の走行部と、前記走行部を制動させるブレーキ機構と、前記ブレーキ機構を作用させるブレーキ操作具と、前記直進系伝動経路の出力と前記旋回系伝動経路の出力とを連動的に制御する制御部とを備え、前記直進系伝動経路の出力と前記旋回系伝動経路の出力を合成して前記走行部を駆動する作業車両において、
前記制御部は、前記ブレーキ操作具への操作量が第1所定量を超えた際に、前記第一無段変速装置からの動力出力を遮断させることを特徴とする作業車両。 - 前記制御部は、前記ブレーキ操作具への操作量が第1所定量以下である場合、前記ブレーキ操作具の操作量に応じて前記第一無段変速装置の斜板位置を決定し、前記直進系伝動経路の出力を減速させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記ブレーキ操作具への操作量が第1所定量を超えたとき、
前記直進伝動経路の出力による直進速度が所定速度より速い場合には、前記第一無段変速装置からの動力出力を遮断させると同時に、前記第二無段変速装置の斜板を中立状態とする一方、
前記直進伝動経路の出力による直進速度が所定速度以下となる場合には、前記第一及び第二無段変速装置それぞれの斜板を中立状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記ブレーキ機構は、前記ブレーキ操作具への操作量が第1所定量より小さい第2所定量を超えたときに前記走行部への制動作用を機能させることを特徴する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の作業車両。
- 前記ブレーキ機構は、前記旋回系伝動経路に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の作業車両。
- 前記ブレーキ機構は、前記直進系伝動経路からの出力が入力される前記旋回系伝動経路の入力軸に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業車両。
