Claims (5)
- モル%で、Ge 0〜50%(ただし0%を含まない)、Te 4〜80%、Sn+Ag+Cu+Bi+Sb 0〜50%(ただし0%を含まない)、及びF+Cl+Br+I 0〜50%を含有することを特徴とする赤外線透過ガラス。
- Cd、Tl及びPbを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 厚み2mmでの波長8〜22μmにおける30%光透過波長が20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラスを用いたことを特徴とする光学素子。
- 請求項4に記載の光学素子を用いたことを特徴とする赤外線センサー。
