Claims (7)
- 一端が高熱部に連結された第1ガス抜きラインに連結され、他端がリザーバタンクに連結された第2ガス抜きラインに連結されるメイン管と、
前記メイン管の一側から分岐されて低熱部に連結された第3ガス抜きラインに連結される分岐管と、
前記メイン管の内周面に配置され、前記リザーバタンク側に行くほど直径が小さくなる中空の形態に形成される内部管と、
を含むエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。 - 前記内部管は、
前記高熱部から排出された冷却水が流入され、前記メイン管の内周面に固定された入口端と、
前記高熱部から排出された冷却水が排出される出口端と、を含み、
前記入口端から前記出口端に行くほどその直径が小さくなる、請求項1に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。 - 前記内部管は、
前記分岐管が、前記低熱部から排出される冷却水が前記メイン管内部で傾斜方向に合流するように前記メイン管の長さ方向に対して傾斜して連結される、請求項2に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。 - 前記内部管の外周面と前記メイン管の内周面との間に空間部が形成され、前記空間部は、前記分岐管を通じて流入される冷却水の渦流を誘導する、請求項1に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。
- 前記分岐管の中心軸は、前記メイン管の中心軸から設定距離オフセットされる、請求項4に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。
- 前記高熱部は、
エンジンまたはターボチャージャを含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。 - 前記低熱部は、
ラジエータ、ヒーター、およびWTC(Water Temperature Controller)のうちのいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン冷却装置用アダプター。
