- 導電特性を有する前記複数の添加剤が、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記内部コンポーネントが車両の計器パネルである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記内部コンポーネントが車両の計器パネルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の導電性繊維が、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の添加剤も前記第1の混合押出成形機に挿入され、前記複数の添加剤のうちの少なくとも一部が、電磁障害遮蔽と一体になった前記物品を提供する導電特性を有し、導電特性を有する前記複数の添加剤が、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が車両の計器パネルである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の導電性繊維が、電磁障害遮蔽と一体になった前記物品を提供し、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択され、前記複数の導電性繊維が前記物品に構造補強を同じく提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の重合体混合押出成形機と、
前記第1の重合体混合押出成形機から溶融充填物を受け取るように構成された第2の重合体混合押出成形機と、
前記第2の重合体混合押出成形機に複数の繊維を提供するための繊維供給装置であって、前記第1の重合体混合押出成形機および前記第2の重合体混合押出成形機が、導電性の品質を有する繊維補強溶融充填物を提供する繊維供給装置と
を備えた、押出圧縮成形セル。 - 前記繊維補強溶融充填物を受け取るように構成された圧縮型をさらに備えた、請求項12に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 複数の添加剤も前記第1の混合押出成形機に挿入される、請求項12に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 前記複数の添加剤のうちの少なくとも一部が、電磁障害遮蔽と一体になった物品を提供する導電特性を有する、請求項14に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 導電特性を有する前記複数の添加剤が、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される、請求項15に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 前記複数の繊維のうちの少なくとも一部が、ガラス、炭素、ステンレス鋼およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される導電性繊維であり、前記導電性繊維が、電磁障害遮蔽と一体になった物品を提供する、請求項12に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 前記繊維補強溶融充填物を受け取るように構成された圧縮型をさらに備え、前記型が車両の内部コンポーネントとして使用するための物品を画定するように構成された、請求項17に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
- 前記内部コンポーネントが車両の計器パネルである、請求項18に記載の押出圧縮成形セル。
