Claims (2)
- シーラをワークに塗布する塗布ロボットと、前記ワークに塗布された前記シーラを撮像してその画像データを取得する撮像装置と、前記塗布ロボット及び前記撮像装置の制御を実行する制御装置とを備えるシーラ塗布装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記画像データに含まれる前記シーラの像における塗布幅を計測可能な検出エリアを前記シーラの前記像に重ねる画像処理を実行する画像処理部と、前記検出エリアに重ねられた前記シーラの前記像から前記塗布幅を演算する演算処理部とを備え、
前記検出エリアは、前記シーラの前記像に交差するように配置される複数の曲線を備えることを特徴とするシーラ塗布装置。 - 前記塗布ロボットは、前記シーラを塗布するシーラガンを備え、前記シーラガンを所定の軌跡で移動させることにより、前記ワークに対する塗布開始位置から所定の塗布パターンにて前記シーラを塗布するように構成され、かつ、前記塗布開始位置からの距離によって前記シーラの塗布位置を特定するように構成されており、
前記撮像装置は、前記塗布パターンに沿って前記シーラガンと共に移動し、その移動に応じて順に複数の画像データを取得するように構成されており、
前記シーラの前記像は、一対の側縁部を含み、
前記画像処理部は、前記検出エリアに含まれる前記曲線を前記一対の側縁部に交差させる画像処理を実行するように構成されており、
前記演算処理部は、前記曲線と一方の前記側縁部との交点から、前記曲線と他方の前記側縁部の交点までの距離を、前記シーラの前記塗布幅として演算するとともに、演算した前記塗布幅の値と前記塗布幅に係る基準値とを比較して、前記塗布幅の良否を判定するように構成されており、
前記演算処理部は、前記塗布幅が不良であると判定したときに、前記複数の画像データのうち、前記不良を判定した画像データの情報と前記画像データに含まれる塗布不良個所に係る位置情報とに基づいて、前記塗布パターンにおける前記塗布開始位置から前記塗布不良個所までの距離を演算するように構成されてなる請求項1に記載のシーラ塗布装置。
