Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の鉄心片が積み重ねられた積層体を得る積層工程と、
前記積層体の側面において前記積層体の厚さ方向に延在する溶接ビードを形成する溶接工程と、
を含み、
前記溶接工程において、前記溶接ビードの長手方向の中央部を形成するときの入熱量を前記溶接ビードの端部を形成するときの入熱量よりも多くする、積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 前記溶接工程において、前記溶接ビードの長手方向の中央部を形成するときの溶接電流値を前記溶接ビードの端部を形成するときの溶接電流値よりも高くする、請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記溶接工程において、前記溶接ビードの長手方向の中央部を形成するときの溶接速度を前記溶接ビードの端部を形成するときの溶接速度よりも遅くする、請求項1又は2に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記溶接工程は、前記溶接ビードを形成すべき箇所の長手方向の中央部を複数回溶接することを含む、請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 複数の鉄心片が積み重ねられた積層体と、
前記積層体の側面において前記積層体の厚さ方向に延在する溶接ビードと、
を備え、
前記厚さ方向に直交する方向における前記溶接ビードの断面積は、前記溶接ビードの長手方向の中央部の断面積の方が前記溶接ビードの端部の断面積よりも大きい、積層鉄心。 - 請求項5に記載の積層鉄心の製造用の溶接機であって、
溶接トーチと、
前記溶接トーチを前記積層体の前記側面に沿って前記積層体の厚さ方向に移動させる移動手段と、
前記溶接トーチから前記側面への入熱量を制御するための制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記溶接ビードの長手方向の中央部を形成するときの入熱量が前記溶接ビードの端部を形成するときの入熱量よりも多くなるように、前記溶接トーチから前積層体への入熱量を制御する溶接機。
