Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る二次電池1の構成を図1に示す。二次電池1は、絶縁シート2に巻かれた発電要素(図示せず)を、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金等の金属製の角形平板状の電池缶3に収納して構成されている。二次電池の缶蓋4には、ガス排出弁5、注液口6、端子接続部7が備えられている。ガス排出弁5は電池缶の破裂圧力以下の圧力で開放される仕様になっており、短絡あるいは過充電等で熱暴走して電池内圧が急激上昇した場合には、ガス放出弁5の解放によって電池缶の破裂が抑制される。注液口6は、電解液の注入に使用され、電解液注入後に金属キャップ8をレーザー溶接することで封止されている。端子接続部7(正極集電板7A、負極外部端子7B)は、二次電池から負荷を取り出す最上流とも言える部分である。
ウム合金が挙げられ、負極外部端子7Bおよび負極集電板9Bの形成素材としては、例え
ば銅合金が挙げられる。また、絶縁板およびガスケット105の形成素材としては、例えばポリブチレンテレフタレートやポリフェニレンサルファイド、ペルフルオロアルコキシフッ素樹脂等の絶縁性を有する樹脂材が挙げられる。
拘束部品29は、図6のように二次電池1内の保持部19と対向する位置のみに設けることもできる。拘束部品29を、二次電池1内の保持部19と対向する位置に設けることにより拘束部品29と接触していない電池缶の側面に冷却風を当てることができる。
図7は、実施例2の二次電池1の分解斜視図である(電池缶3は図示せず)。
実施例3では、捕捉保持部20を有する絶縁シート13を用いた(図11)。
実施例4では、保持部19を電池缶3側に設けた。
実施例4において、図16に示すように、電池缶3の一部を扁平捲回群の平坦部17の下部と当接するように内側へ押し出すことで保持部19eとすることもできる。

Claims (12)
- 平坦部を有する扁平捲回群と、電池缶と、前記電池缶を封止する缶蓋と、を有し、
前記扁平捲回群は、前記電池缶に収納され、
前記缶蓋は、前記扁平捲回群を前記扁平捲回群の一端側で支持する、二次電池において、
前記二次電池は、前記平坦部と前記電池缶との間に隙間を有し、
前記扁平捲回群の他端側の平坦部と、前記電池缶との間に保持部を有する二次電池。 - 平坦部を有する扁平捲回群と、電池缶と、前記電池缶を封止する蓋と、を有し、
前記扁平捲回群は、前記電池缶に収納され、
前記缶蓋は、前記扁平捲回群を前記扁平捲回群の一端側で支持する、二次電池において、
前記二次電池は、前記扁平捲回群の他端側の平坦部と、前記電池缶との間に保持部を有し、
前記平坦部に対向する対向面は、前記保持部と前記平坦部との接触箇所よりも前記捲回体の厚さ方向の外側に位置する箇所を有する二次電池。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記保持部は、前記扁平捲回群の両側に設けられたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1または3において、
前記扁平捲回群は、湾曲部を有し
前記湾曲部と前記電池缶との間には隙間を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項4において、
前記扁平捲回群は、活物質合剤の塗工部を有し、
前記保持部は、前記電池缶と前記塗工部との間に設けられたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項5において、
前記扁平捲回群は、前記扁平捲回群と前記電池缶とを絶縁する絶縁シートを有し、
前記電池缶と前記扁平捲回群との間に位置する前記絶縁シートは前記保持部を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項6において、
前記保持部は、前記絶縁シートを形成する絶縁層を複数重ねた構造であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項5において、
前記保持部は、前記電池缶の缶底側幅広面と前記扁平捲回群との間に挟持された保持部であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項8において、
前記保持部は、絶縁テープまたは、シート状の部材であり、前記扁平捲回群に固定されたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項8において、
前記保持部は、前記電池缶に固定されたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項5において、
前記保持部は、前記電池缶から突出することにより形成されたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項7または請求項9ないし請求項11のいずれかにおいて、
前記二次電池は、捕捉保持部を有し、前記扁平捲回群は、前記保持部および前記捕捉保持部により複数箇所で保持されることを特徴とする二次電池。
