Claims (2)
- 紡績ボビン用の搬送システムであって、
紡績ボビンを直立配置するための搬送トレイと、
前記搬送トレイを搬送するために構成された搬送経路と、
前記搬送経路の所定の位置において搬送トレイの有無を検出するように構成された検出手段と
を有し、
前記搬送トレイはプラスチック製である、搬送システムにおいて、
前記検出手段は、前記搬送トレイに配置されたパッシブRFIDトランスポンダと、前記所定の位置に配置された誘導式近接スイッチとを備えており、
前記誘導式近接スイッチは、交番磁界を生成するための振動回路を備えており、
前記振動回路が前記RFIDトランスポンダによって減衰されるように、前記交番磁界の周波数は当該RFIDトランスポンダの動作周波数と一致し、
前記誘導式近接スイッチは処理ユニットを有し、当該処理ユニットは、前記減衰を示すパラメータが所定のスイッチング閾値を通過した場合、前記搬送トレイの存在を示す信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 紡績ボビンを直立配置するための搬送トレイと、
前記搬送トレイを搬送するために構成された搬送経路と
を備えた、紡績ボビン用の搬送システムの動作方法であって、
前記搬送経路の所定の位置における搬送トレイの有無を検出する、動作方法において、 前記所定の位置に配置された誘導式近接スイッチの振動回路を用いて交番磁界を生成し、
前記振動回路が、プラスチック製である前記搬送トレイに配置されたRFIDトランスポンダによって減衰されるように、前記交番磁界の周波数は、当該RFIDトランスポンダの動作周波数と一致し、
前記減衰を示すパラメータを検出して、スイッチング閾値と比較し、
前記スイッチング閾値を通過した場合、前記搬送トレイの存在を示す信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする動作方法。
