Claims (3)
- 内部に樹脂発泡成形体が充填された鋼管であって、
開口近傍の樹脂発泡成形体が過密状態となっていることを特徴とする鋼管。 - 内部に樹脂発泡成形体が充填された鋼管であって、
当該鋼管の両端のいずれか一方の開口から、前記樹脂発泡成形体の材料である2種類以上の液体を、発泡膨張後の該樹脂発泡成形体の体積が前記鋼管内の体積よりも大きくなるように当該鋼管内に過剰に注入し、
前記2種類以上の液体を注入後に当該鋼管の開口を封止し、
当該鋼管の開口を封止した状態で前記2種類以上の液体を発泡膨張および硬化させることにより、前記一方の開口近傍の樹脂発泡成形体が過密状態となっていることを特徴とする鋼管。 - 当該鋼管は、前記2種類以上の液体が充填される前に内面に酸処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋼管。
