Description
Claims (25)
- 基部と複数の形状記憶アンカーアームとを含むアンカーであって、
前記基部は略管形状(generally tubular shape)を有し、中心線を有する内腔(lumen)を画定すると共に、係留(engagement)部を含んでなり、
前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームが、前記基部の中心軸と実質的に平行となるように前記基部に連結されてなり、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームの各々が、留置(deployment)時に外転(eversion)するように構成されるシャフト部と、当該シャフト部に連結されて支持される組織穿通点(tissue-penetrating point)とを含んでなり、
留置(deployment)に際して、前記シャフト部の各々が前記基部の中心軸から外転する(everts away)、アンカー。 - 前記アンカーが形状記憶材料からなる、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 裾広(flared)セグメントを更に含む、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- フランジ(flange)要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記アンカーが長尺(elongate)要素に沿って留置される請求項4に記載のアンカー。
- 前記係留部が前記長尺要素と係合するネジ部を有し、これにより前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームが組織から引き戻される、請求項5に記載のアンカー。
- 前記ネジ部が前記基部の内径に沿って位置する、請求項6に記載のアンカー。
- シャフト部が外転した際に、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームの各々の組織穿通点が、前記基部の中心軸と実質的に平行に配向される、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの医療デバイスと、少なくとも1つのアンカーと、少なくとも1つのカテーテルと、少なくとも1つの長尺要素とを含む送達系であって、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーが、略管状(generally tubular)基部と、前記略管状基部と一体形成された少なくとも1つのアンカーアームとを含み、
前記略管状基部が、係留部を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームが、組織穿通点とシャフト部とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルが、前記少なくとも1つの医療デバイス及び前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを留置できるように形成された内腔を画定し、
前記少なくとも1つの長尺要素が、前記内腔内に形成された部分を含み、当該部分により、前記アンカーの係留部が前記内腔を通じて、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを係合し、処置領域へと前進するように構成され、
前記カテーテルから留置される際に、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々が放射状に進行する、送達系。 - 複数のアンカーを更に含む、請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 前記複数のアンカーが連続して留置される、請求項10に記載の送達系。
- 基部が更にフランジ(flanged)セグメントを含む、請求項10に記載の送達系。
- 留置の際に、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームが外転することにより、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの組織穿通点が、概ね前記内腔の中心線方向に配向される、請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 留置の際に、少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々が円周方向に(circumferentially)外転することにより、少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々の組織穿通点が、留置時に共通の平面上に維持される、請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームが形状記憶材料を含む請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 前記少なくとも1つの医療デバイスが、マーカー、フィルター、ステント、ステントグラフト、バルブ、マッピングデバイス、閉止(closure)デバイス、閉塞具(occluder)、治療剤送達デバイス、腫瘍治療剤(oncology therapy)、及びヘルニパッチ(hernipatch)アンカーのうち少なくとも1つとして形成される、請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 更に端部(tip)を有し、留置の際に前記端部が、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームのシャフト部を、前記略管状基部の中心線から外転させる、請求項9に記載の送達系。
- 組織に係留する方法であって、
内腔を画定するカテーテルと、前記カテーテルの内腔内に挿入可能な長尺要素と、略管形状を有し、前記長尺要素に沿って前記カテーテル内に留置可能な少なくとも1つのアンカーとを含む送達系を提供し、ここで前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは、前記長尺要素と係合するように形成された係留部を含み、ここで前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは、組織穿通点及びシャフト部を含む少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームを含み、
アンカーを患者の生体構造(anatomy)の処置領域の近傍に位置決めし、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーの少なくとも一部を前記患者の生体構造に暴露し、
前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームの組織穿通点を前記組織内に穿通させることにより、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを前記患者の生体構造の組織内に挿入し、
前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームを外転させることにより、前記少なくとも1つの形状記憶アームのシャフト部を、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーの長手軸(longitudinal axis)から放射状に外転させ、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを、前記長尺要素から離脱させる
ことを含む方法。 - 前記送達系が更に固定化ワイヤを含み、前記方法が更に、前記固定化ワイヤを、前記処置領域の生体構造の組織に係留させる工程を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアンカーの係留部がネジ部であり、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを前記長尺要素から離脱させる工程が、前記長尺要素のネジ部を前記少なくとも1つのアンカーのネジ部から離脱させることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 複数のアンカーを含み、前記複数のアンカーが連続して留置される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 組織付着(tissue attachment)又は医療デバイスの組織付着のためのアンカーであって、略管状基部、及び、前記略管状基部と一体形成された少なくとも1つのアンカーアームとを含み、
ここで前記略管状基部が、基部の内径に沿って配置されたネジ部からなる係留部を含み、
ここで前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームが、組織穿通点及びシャフト部を含み、
ここで留置に際し、少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々が、前記基部の中心軸から放射状に進行する、アンカー。 - 組織付着(tissue attachment)又は医療デバイスの組織付着のためのアンカーであって、略管状基部、前記略管状基部と一体形成された少なくとも1つのアンカーアーム、及び、前記略管状基部と一体形成された少なくとも1つのフランジ要素アームを含み、
ここで前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームが、組織穿通点及びシャフト部を含み、
ここで留置に際し、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアーム及び少なくとも1つのフランジ(flange)要素アームが放射状に進行する、アンカー。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフランジ要素アームが非侵襲的である、請求項23に記載のアンカー。
- 少なくとも1つのフランジ要素アームの各々が、前記基部の中心軸から実質的に約90°外転する、請求項24に記載のアンカー。
