Description
Claims (16)
- 基部と複数の形状記憶アンカーアームと複数のフランジ要素アームと生体材料のキャップとを含むアンカーであって、
前記基部は略管形状を有し、中心線を有する内腔を画定すると共に、係合部を含んでなり、
前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームが、送達時の形態において、前記基部の中心軸と実質的に平行に延在するように前記基部に連結されてなり、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームの各々が、留置時に外転するように構成されるシャフト部と、当該シャフト部に連結されて支持される組織穿通点とを含んでなり、留置に際して、前記シャフト部の各々が前記基部の中心軸から外転すると共に、送達時の形態における前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームの向きから180°以上屈曲するように構成され、且つ、
前記複数のフランジ要素アームが、前記基部の中心軸から外転するように構成された自由端を有すると共に、
前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームと前記複数のフランジ要素アームとが互いに干渉しないように、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアーム及び前記複数のフランジ要素アームが円周方向にずらして形成されてなり、
前記生体材料のキャップは、前記複数のフランジ要素アームの自由端が非侵襲となるように、前記複数のフランジ要素アームに沿って、前記複数のフランジ要素アームの自由端まで延びて存在する、アンカー。 - 前記アンカーが形状記憶材料からなる、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記アンカーが長尺要素に沿って留置される請求項2に記載のアンカー。
- 前記係合部が前記長尺要素と係合するネジ部を有し、これにより前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームが組織から引き戻される、請求項3に記載のアンカー。
- 前記ネジ部が前記基部の内径に沿って位置する、請求項4に記載のアンカー。
- 前記シャフト部が外転した際に、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームの各々の組織穿通点が、前記基部の中心軸と実質的に平行な方向を向くように配向される、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記キャップが前記複数のフランジ要素アームの間に延在する、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記キャップが組織内方成長を促進する材料を含む、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記キャップが前記複数のフランジ要素アームの各々を包み込むように構成される、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のアンカーと、少なくとも1つの医療デバイスと、少なくとも1つのカテーテルと、少なくとも1つの長尺要素とを含む送達系であって、
前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルが、前記少なくとも1つの医療デバイス及び前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを留置できるように形成された内腔を画定し、
前記少なくとも1つの長尺要素が、前記内腔内に形成された部分を含み、当該部分により、前記アンカーの係合部が前記内腔を通じて、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーを係合し、処置領域へと前進するように構成され、
前記カテーテルから留置される際に、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々が放射状に進行する、送達系。 - 留置の際に、少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々が円周方向に外転することにより、少なくとも1つのアンカーアームの各々の組織穿通点が、留置時に共通の平面上に維持される、請求項10に記載の送達系。
- 前記少なくとも1つの医療デバイスが、マーカー、フィルター、ステント、ステントグラフト、バルブ、マッピングデバイス、閉止デバイス、閉塞具、治療剤送達デバイス、及びヘルニパッチアンカーのうち少なくとも1つとして形成される、請求項10に記載の送達系。
- 更に端部を有し、留置の際に前記端部が、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーアームのシャフト部を、前記略管状基部の中心線から外転させる、請求項11に記載の送達系。
- 組織付着又は医療デバイスの組織付着のためのアンカーであって、略管状基部、前記略管状基部と一体形成された複数のアンカーアーム、前記略管状基部と一体形成された複数のフランジ要素アーム、及び、生体材料のキャップを含み、
ここで前記複数のアンカーアームの各々が、組織穿通点及びシャフト部を含み、前記シャフト部が径方向に回転すると共に180°以上屈曲し得るように構成され、且つ、
ここで留置に際し、前記複数のフランジ要素アームの各々が、自由端を有すると共に、径方向に外転しうるように構成され、
前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアームと前記複数のフランジ要素アームとが互いに干渉しないように、前記複数の形状記憶アンカーアーム及び前記複数のフランジ要素アームが円周方向にずらして形成されてなり、
前記生体材料のキャップは、前記複数のフランジ要素アームの自由端が非侵襲となるように、前記複数のフランジ要素アームに沿って、前記複数のフランジ要素アームの自由端まで延びて存在する、アンカー。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフランジ要素アームが非侵襲的である、請求項14に記載のアンカー。
- 少なくとも1つのフランジ要素アームの各々が、前記基部の中心軸から実質的に90°外転する、請求項14に記載のアンカー。
