Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム100であって、第1,第2メインポンプ71,72と、還流される作動流体によって回転駆動される回生モータ88と、回生モータ88によって回転駆動されるモータジェネレータ91と、回生電力が充電されるバッテリ26と、バッテリ26の温度を検出する温度センサ26aと、を備え、コントローラ90は、バッテリ26の温度が第1設定温度TL1を下回った場合に、バッテリ26の温度Tに応じた内部抵抗R(T)の分だけ、バッテリ26の温度Tが第1設定温度TL1以上の場合の充電完了電圧Vf0と比較して高い電圧になるまで回生電力の充電を実行する。

Claims (9)
- ハイブリッド建設機械の制御システムであって、
流体圧アクチュエータに作動流体を供給する流体圧ポンプと、
前記流体圧ポンプから吐出されて還流される作動流体によって回転駆動される回生モータと、
前記回生モータによって回転駆動される回転電機と、
前記回転電機によって発電された回生電力が充電される蓄電部と、
前記蓄電部の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記蓄電部への回生電力の充電を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記蓄電部の温度が第1設定温度を下回った場合に、前記蓄電部の温度に応じた内部抵抗の分だけ、前記蓄電部の温度が前記第1設定温度以上の場合の充電完了電圧と比較して高い電圧になるまで回生電力の充電を実行することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記蓄電部の温度が前記第1設定温度と比較して低い第2設定温度を下回った場合に、前記蓄電部への充電電流を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記回生モータが前記回転電機を回転駆動する際のトルクを小さくすることによって前記蓄電部への充電電流を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記回生モータのトルクを一次遅れ特性で変化させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電部の温度が低くなるほど前記蓄電部への充電電流を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電部の温度が低くなるほど前記蓄電部への充電電流の低下率を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記蓄電部への回生電力の充電が実行されている際にも、前記蓄電部の温度に応じて前記蓄電部への充電電流を調整することを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 前記蓄電部への回生電力の充電は、前記流体圧アクチュエータが作動しておらず前記流体圧ポンプから吐出された作動流体がそのまま還流される場合に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド建設機械の制御システム。
- 流体圧ポンプから吐出されて還流される作動流体によって回転駆動される回生モータと、前記回生モータによって回転駆動される回転電機と、前記回転電機によって発電された回生電力が充電される蓄電部と、を備えるハイブリッド建設機械を制御する制御方法であって、
前記蓄電部の温度を検出し、
前記蓄電部の温度が第1設定温度を下回った場合に、前記蓄電部の温度に応じた内部抵抗の分だけ、前記蓄電部の温度が前記第1設定温度以上の場合の充電完了電圧と比較して高い電圧になるまで回生電力の充電を実行することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械の制御方法。
