Abstract
Description
<1−1.減速機の全体構成>
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る一対の軸受1を備えた減速機2を、回転軸90を含む平面で切断した縦断面図である。図2は、図1中のA−A位置から見た減速機2の横断面図である。
続いて、軸受1の構造について説明する。図3は、軸受1の断面図である。図4は、軸受1の分解斜視図である。図5は、減速機2における一対の軸受1の部分断面図である。なお、図5における「軸方向上方」、「軸方向下方」とは、左側の軸受1における方向を示すものとする。軸受1は、内輪10と、第1ケージ11と、第2ケージ12と、複数のローラ13とを有する。
以上、本発明の例示的な実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の実施形態に限定されるものではない。

Claims (11)
- 上下に延びる中心軸を中心とする円筒状の内輪と、
前記内輪の外周面に沿って配置された複数のローラと、
前記内輪の径方向外側に配置され、前記ローラを前記内輪の外周部に保持する第1ケージと、
を有し、
前記第1ケージは、
軸方向に延びる複数の第1柱部と、
前記第1柱部の軸方向上方の端部同士を繋ぐ第1リングと、
を備え、
前記内輪と前記第1ケージとは、互いに相対回転し、
前記複数のローラは、隣接する前記第1柱部の間に、それぞれ配置され、
前記ローラの一部は、前記第1柱部よりも、径方向外側に位置し、
前記第1リングと前記内輪との間、および前記第1柱部と前記内輪との間には、第2ケージが配置され、
前記第2ケージは固体潤滑剤からなる、軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受であって、
前記第2ケージは、前記固体潤滑剤を成型した、成型品である、軸受。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の軸受であって、
前記第2ケージは、
円環状の環状部と、
前記環状部から軸方向に延びる複数の第2柱部と、
を有し、
前記環状部は、前記第1リングと前記内輪との間に配置され、
前記第2柱部は、前記第1柱部と前記内輪との間に配置される、軸受。 - 請求項3に記載の軸受であって、
前記第1ケージは、
前記第1柱部の軸方向下方の端部同士を繋ぐ、第2リングをさらに有し、
前記第1リングの内径は、前記第2リングの内径よりも大きく、
前記第2柱部の先端部が、前記第2リングに接触する、軸受。 - 請求項4に記載の軸受であって、
前記第1リングの内径は、前記第2リングの外径よりも大きい、軸受。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の軸受であって、
前記第1リングの内径は、前記中心軸から前記第2柱部の径方向外側の面までの距離よりも大きい、軸受。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の軸受であって、
前記環状部の軸方向の幅は、前記第1リングの軸方向の幅よりも大きい、軸受。 - 請求項4に記載の軸受であって、
前記第2リングは、前記第1柱部の径方向内側の面との間に径方向に間隙を構成する凹部を有し、
前記第2柱部の先端部は、前記凹部に嵌まり、
前記第1柱部の一部と、前記第2柱部の一部と、前記第2リングの一部と、が径方向に重なる、軸受。 - 請求項8に記載の軸受であって、
前記凹部は、軸方向下方に向かうにつれ、前記間隙の径方向の幅が狭くなる第1テーパ部を有し、
前記先端部は、軸方向下方に向かうにつれ、径方向の幅が狭くなる第2テーパ部を有する、軸受。 - 回転速度を減速させる減速機であって、
請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の軸受を備える、減速機。 - 回転速度を減速させる減速機であって、
請求項4、または、請求項7から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の軸受を備え、
前記軸受は、一対であり、
前記一対の軸受は、互いに前記環状部が向き合うように、軸方向に隣接して配置される、減速機。
