Abstract
Description
第3工程で懸濁液のpHを8.1に代えて9.0に調整した以外は実施例1と同様にして白金族原料を処理し、各元素の分配率を求めた。下記表2にこの分配率を示す。
第3工程で懸濁液のpHを8.1に代えて7.5に調整したことと、中和濾液を白金族原料溶解液に加えなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして白金族原料を処理し、各元素の分配率を求めた。下記表3にこの分配率を示す。
Claims (3)
- ルテニウムおよびそれ以外の白金族元素を含有する白金族原料溶解液に塩化カリウムとアルカリ溶液とを添加して白金族元素を白金族カリウム塩として析出させた後、固液分離を行って該白金族カリウム塩を得る第1工程と、
得られた白金族カリウム塩を濃度1〜3モル/lの希塩酸で洗浄する第2工程と、
前記洗浄済みの白金族カリウム塩に水および水酸化ナトリウムを添加してアルカリ領域で中和処理して中和澱物を生成した後、固液分離により該中和澱物と中和処理液とに分離する第3工程と、
分離した中和澱物を水酸化ナトリウムおよび酸化剤で浸出処理した後、固液分離を行って浸出残渣を回収する第4工程と、
回収した浸出残渣を塩酸に溶解して白金族塩酸溶解液を得る第5工程とからなる白金族塩酸溶解液の製造方法であって、
前記第3工程で分離した中和処理液を前記第1工程のアルカリ溶液として用いることを特徴とする白金族塩酸溶解液の製造方法。 - 前記中和処理液のpHが8を超え9以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白金族塩酸溶解液の製造方法。
- 前記白金族原料溶解液が、銅電解工程で生成したアノードスライムに対して、塩素ガス若しくは塩化物を用いて浸出した浸出液、または王水で溶解した溶解液であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の白金族塩酸溶解液の製造方法。
