Abstract
Description
まず、内容積50mLのステンレス製オートクレーブに、2−ノルボルネン(東京化成工業株式会社製社製、N0166)1.51g(2.50mmol)、アセトンシアンヒドリン(東京化成工業株式会社製、M0361)1.50mL(16.0mmol)、2価のニッケル化合物(0.80mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン(純正化学株式会社製、49505−0401)0.42g(1.60mmol)、亜鉛粉末(ナカライテスク株式会社製、369−07、平均粒径約7μm)0.52g(8.0mmol)、およびメタノール(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−48663)5.0mLを収容した。その後、90℃で15時間加熱反応させた(下記化学反応式参照。式中の「mol%」は2−ノルボルネンに対する割合)。
表2に示す溶媒を用いて、実施例17と同様にしてニトリル化合物を製造した。溶媒として、エタノール(和光純薬株式会社製、057−00451)、2−プロパノール(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−64785)、アセトニトリル(シグマ アルドリッチ ジャパン合同会社製、34888−2.5L)、テトラヒドロフラン(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−76813)、ジメチルスルホキシド(和光純薬株式会社製、346−03615)、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−24935)、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(和光純薬株式会社製、042−02546)、N−メチルピロリドン(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−24935)、ジクロロメタン(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−23013)、およびヘキサン(キシダ化学株式会社製、000−36763)を使用した。その結果、実施例17と同様に、ノルボルネン−2−カルボニトリルが得られた。このときの収率を表2に示す。なお、表中の「quant.」は、ほぼ化学量論量の生成物が得られたことを示している(以下同様)。
表3に示すニッケル化合物と金属粉末を用いて、実施例44と同様にしてニトリル化合物を製造した。亜鉛以外の金属粉末として、マグネシウム粉末(高純度化学株式会社製、MGE02PB、平均粒径約180μm)、アルミニウム粉末(高純度化学株式会社製、ALE11PB、平均粒径約3μm)、マンガン粉末(高純度化学株式会社製、MNE06PB、平均粒径約7μm)を用いた。
表4に示す有機リン化合物を用いて、実施例17と同様にしてニトリル化合物を製造した。有機リン化合物として、メチルジフェニルホスフィン(下記式(7))(シグマアルドリッチジャパン合同会社製、244902−1G)、メチルジフェニルホスフィン(下記式(8))(シグマアルドリッチジャパン合同会社製、265020−1G)、トリ(o−トリル)ホスフィン(下記式(9))(和光純薬株式会社製、207−18552)、トリ(p−トリル)ホスフィン(下記式(10))(和光純薬株式会社製、201−18542)、トリ(p-フルオロフェニル)ホスフィン(下記式(11))(シグマアルドリッチジャパン合同会社製、39,509−9)を使用した。
表5に示す原料、ニッケル化合物、および溶媒を用い、実施例17と同様にしてニトリル化合物を製造した。原料の炭素−炭素不飽和結合を有する有機化合物として、2,5−ノルボルナジエン(東京化成工業株式会社製、N0346)、ジシクロペンタジエン(東京化成工業株式会社製、D0443)、スチレン(シグマ アルドリッチ ジャパン合同会社製、28−5435−5)、1−ヘキセン(和光純薬株式会社製、082−00465)、および2−アリルフェノール(東京化成工業株式会社製、A0233)を使用した。その結果、表5に示す生成物が得られた。このときの収率を表5に示す。表5より、鎖状または環状の様々な有機化合物を原料に用いた場合でも、目的物が高収率で得られた。また、2,5−ノルボルナジエンおよびジシクロペンタジエンのように、二つの炭素−炭素不飽和結合を含む原料を用いた場合でも、これら二つの炭素−炭素不飽和結合を構成する一方の炭素にニトリル基がそれぞれ導入された。
表6に示すように、トリフェニルホスフィンおよび亜鉛粉末の少なくとも一方を欠いた反応系でニトリル化合物の製造を試みた。表6から、ニッケル化合物、有機リン化合物、および金属粉末の全てが存在しないと、ニトリル化合物が得られないことがわかった。
Claims (9)
- 2価のニッケル化合物と、ニッケルに配位する有機リン化合物と、亜鉛、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、およびマンガンより選択される少なくとも一種の金属粉末の存在下で、炭素−炭素不飽和結合を有する有機化合物とアセトンシアンヒドリンを反応させて、前記炭素−炭素不飽和結合を構成する一方の炭素にニトリル基を付加するニトリル化合物の製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル化合物が、ニッケルのハロゲン化物塩、ニッケルのカルボン酸塩、およびニッケルのβ−ジケト化合物塩より選択される少なくとも一種である請求項1に記載のニトリル化合物の製造方法。
- 炭素−炭素不飽和結合を有する有機化合物とアセトンシアンヒドリンとの反応を、アルコール化合物、アミド化合物、およびエーテル化合物より選択される少なくとも一種の有機溶媒中で行う請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のニトリル化合物の製造方法。
- 炭素−炭素不飽和結合を有する有機化合物とアセトンシアンヒドリンとの反応温度が85℃〜90℃である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のニトリル化合物の製造方法。
