- 調理器具の蓋であって、
前記蓋の内側には親水性を有する塗膜を有し、
前記塗膜にはシリカを含有し、前記蓋の親水性を高めてなることを特徴とする調理器具の蓋。 - 前記蓋に付着する水との接触角度は、90%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理器具の蓋。
