Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 自動車のステアリングシャフトの回動状態の特徴となる測定変量を検出するためのセンサ装置用の磁石ユニット(1)を製造する方法であって、
−プラスチック接合磁石材料からなるリング状磁石要素(3)を準備する工程と、
−前記磁石ユニット(1)をステアリングシャフトのシャフト部に連結するためのキャリアスリーブ(2)を準備する工程と、
−前記磁石要素(3)を前記キャリアスリーブ(2)に連結する工程と、を備え、
プラスチック要素(8)が前記キャリアスリーブ(2)に設けられており、
前記連結する工程においては、前記プラスチック要素(8)と前記磁石要素(3)のプラスチック接合磁石材料とが互いに密着して連結される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記磁石要素(3)と前記キャリアスリーブ(2)とが、特に軸方向において互いに隣接しつつ、それぞれの軸方向表面(5、7)を介して互いに連結され、
前記プラスチック要素(8)と前記磁石要素(3)の軸方向表面(5)とが互いに密着して連結される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 密着した前記連結は、溶接により、特にはレーザー溶接及び/又は超音波溶接により実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 軸方向突出部(12)が、前記プラスチック要素(8)の軸方向表面(11)及び/又は前記磁石要素(3)の軸方向表面(5)に形成され、
密着した前記連結は、前記軸方向突出部(12)を介して実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチック要素(8)は、透明プラスチック材料からなるようにして設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチック要素(8)のプラスチック材料は、前記キャリアスリーブ(2)の軸方向表面(7)に射出成形されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチック要素(8)は、前記キャリアスリーブ(2)にポジティブロックの態様において連結されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチック要素(8)の前記キャリアスリーブ(2)に対する連結の最中に、前記プラスチック要素(8)と前記キャリアスリーブ(2)との間に、回転結合動作によるポジティブロックが生成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記回転結合動作によるポジティブロックは、前記キャリアスリーブ(2)の開口部であってその内部に前記プラスチック要素(8)が延在する開口部により生成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記回転結合動作によるポジティブロックは、前記キャリアスリーブ(2)の波状及び/又は鋸歯状の外縁部(9)により生成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。 - 自動車のステアリングシャフトの回動状態の特徴となる測定変量を検出するためのセンサ装置用の磁石ユニット(1)であって、
プラスチック接合磁石材料からなるリング状磁石要素(3)と、
前記磁石ユニット(3)に連結されたキャリアスリーブ(2)と、を有し、
前記キャリアスリーブ(2)を介して前記磁石要素(1)がステアリングシャフトのシャフト部に連結され得るようになっており、
前記磁石要素(3)のプラスチック接合磁石材料に密着して連結されるプラスチック要素(8)が、前記キャリアスリーブ(2)に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする磁石ユニット。 - 請求項11に記載の磁石ユニット(1)を備える、自動車のステアリングシャフトの回動状態の特徴となる測定変量を検出するためのセンサ装置。
- 請求項12に記載のセンサ装置を備える自動車。
