Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮出願第61/901,493号(2013年11月8日出願)に対する優先権を主張する。
本発明は、概して、分光光度角度および/または入射光源からのスペクトル反射率または測色情報を関連させ、未知の標的コーティング内で生じるテクスチャおよび/またはゴニオアパレント効果の両方に合致させるための適切な顔料を識別するための静電気的方法の使用に関する。
Claims (14)
- コンピュータ実装方法であって、
プロセッサを使用して、標的コーティングから反射率データを得ることと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記反射率および/または測色データから静電データを計算することと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記静電データに基づいて、前記標的コーティングと外観が同一であるか、または実質的に類似するコーティング顔料着色を生成することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記反射率データを得ることは、複数の反射角における反射率を得ることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記静電データを計算することは、点電荷として、個々の反射角において得られた少なくとも1つの反射率、好ましくは少なくとも2つの反射率、より好ましくはあらゆる反射率を処理することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記静電データを計算することは、クーロンの法則を適用することをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング顔料着色を生成することは、前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと関連付けることと、前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測することとを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと関連付けることは、前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと経験的に関連付けることを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測することは、少なくとも1つの経験的計算を使用して、前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測することを含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- システムであって、
データベースと、
前記データベースと通信しているプロセッサと
を備え、前記プロセッサは、
標的コーティングから反射率データを得ることと、
前記反射率および/または測色データから静電データを計算することと、
前記静電データに基づいて、前記標的コーティングと外観が同一であるか、または実質的に類似するコーティング顔料着色を生成することと
を行うようにプログラムされている、システム。 - 前記プロセッサと通信している分光光度計をさらに備えている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 装置であって、
標的コーティングから反射率データを得る手段と、
前記反射率および/または測色データから静電データを計算する手段と、
前記静電データに基づいて、前記標的コーティングと外観が同一であるか、または実質的に類似するコーティング顔料着色を生成する手段と
を備えている、装置。 - 前記コーティング顔料着色を生成する手段は、前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと関連付ける手段と、前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測する手段とを備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと関連付ける手段は、前記静電データを複数の既知のデータと経験的に関連付ける手段を備えている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測する手段は、少なくとも1つの経験的計算を使用して、前記関連付けることに基づいて、前記標的コーティングの少なくとも1つのテクスチャ特徴を予測する手段を備えている、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- ソフトウェアを含む非一過性コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体であって、前記ソフトウェアは、
標的コーティングから反射率データを得ることと、
前記反射率および/または測色データから静電データを計算することと、
前記静電データに基づいて、前記標的コーティングと外観が同一であるか、または実質的に類似するコーティング顔料着色を生成することと
をプロセッサに行わせる、
非一過性コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
