Claims (11)
- 噴射器本体(10)内に形成されている加圧室(30)を用いて高圧で燃料を噴射するための内燃機関用燃料噴射器(100)であって、前記加圧室内にノズルニードル(20)が長手方向に変位可能に配置され、前記ノズルニードルが、その燃焼室側端部に、燃焼室方向に先細りになっている円錐領域(22)と、一定の直径d23を持ったピン領域(23)とを有し、前記噴射器本体(10)は、第1の噴射穴(1)が出ている実質的に円錐状のノズルニードル着座部(17)と、燃焼室側で前記ノズルニードル着座部(17)に接続し、直径d31を持った円筒状部分と孔底とを備えた袋穴穿孔部(31)とを有し、前記孔底から第2の噴射穴(2)が出ており、前記ノズルニードル(20)の前記円錐領域(22)が前記ノズルニードル着座部(17)と協働し、これによって前記第1の噴射穴(1)と前記第2の噴射穴(2)とが前記加圧室(30)に対し開閉するようにした前記噴射器において、
少なくとも前記ノズルニードル(20)の部分ストローク(s)の間、前記第1の噴射穴(1)と前記第2の噴射穴(2)とが、前記袋穴穿孔部(31)内で前記ピン領域(23)と前記袋穴穿孔部(31)の壁との間に形成されている絞り隙間(32)を介して、互いに結合され、前記絞り隙間(32)が、少なくとも前記ノズルニードル(20)の前記部分ストローク(s)にわたって、不変であることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記袋穴穿孔部(31)の直径d31と前記ピン領域(23)の直径d23との差が、6μmよりも大きく、30μmよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 1つまたは複数の第2の噴射穴(2)が設けられ、前記絞り隙間(32)による貫流横断面が、1つまたはすべての前記第2の噴射穴(2)による総貫流横断面よりも小さく、好ましくは前記絞り隙間(32)による前記貫流横断面が、前記部分ストローク(s)にわたって、1つまたはすべての前記第2の噴射穴(2)による前記総貫流横断面の15%...70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記部分ストローク(s)よりも大きな前記ノズルニードル(20)のストロークの際に、前記ピン領域(23)が前記袋穴穿孔部(31)から浮上し、該袋穴穿孔部(31)内への貫流横断面が前記絞り隙間(32)に比べて大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ノズルニードル(20)が、燃焼室側で前記ピン領域(23)に接続している端部領域(24)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記端部領域(24)が円錐部として実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記端部領域(24)が、実質的に円筒状に実施され、少なくとも1つの側部繰り抜き部(27)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの繰り抜き部(27)が平面研削部として実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの繰り抜き部(27)が横断面にて実質的に半円形に実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記部分ストローク(s)よりも大きな前記ノズルニードル(20)の最大ストローク(v)の際、前記袋穴穿孔部(31)内への貫流横断面がすべての前記第2の噴射穴(2)による総貫流横断面よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4から9までのいずれか一つに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 複数の前記第1の噴射穴(1)および/または複数の前記第2の噴射穴(2)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の燃料噴射器。
