Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的燃料喷射器,如可用于在高压下将燃料喷射到内燃机燃烧室中的燃料喷射器。
背景技术
由公开文献DE 29 20 100 A1公知一种用于内燃机的燃料喷射嘴或燃料喷射器。在该公知的燃料喷射器中,喷嘴针可纵向移动地设置在喷射器体中并且以构造在其上的密封棱边与构造在喷射器体上的喷嘴针座协同作用,通过其纵向运动打开和关闭多个第一喷射孔。喷嘴针具有在燃烧室侧与其连接的一个颈部区域,该颈部区域伸入在喷嘴体中构成的盲孔中并由此关闭多个第二喷射孔。直至达到一个部分行程前燃料仅通过第一喷射孔流入内燃机的燃烧室中,而颈部区域仍密封第二喷射孔。从该部分行程开始颈部区域从盲孔伸出并释放第二喷射孔。由此可实现包括良好的小量喷射能力在内的梯形喷射特性。但伸入盲孔中的颈部区域的密封功能要求高的制造精度和高的耐磨损性能。
发明内容
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的燃料喷射器在具有近似的喷射特性的情况下具有较小的磨损并且同时要求不太高的制造精度。
为此,该燃料喷射器具有构成在喷射器体中的压力室,在该压力室中可纵向移动地布置有喷嘴针,该喷嘴针在其燃烧室侧端部上具有向燃烧室方向变窄的锥形区域和具有恒定直径d23的颈部区域。此外喷射器体具有基本上锥形的喷嘴针座,第一喷射孔从该喷嘴针座出发,喷射器体还具有在燃烧室侧衔接于喷嘴针座上的盲孔,该盲孔具有直径d31的圆柱形区段以个孔底,第二喷射孔从该盲孔出发。喷嘴针的锥形区域与喷嘴针座协同作用并由此相对于压力室打开及关闭第一喷射孔和第二喷射孔。至少在喷嘴针的部分行程期间,第一喷射孔与第二喷射孔通过一个节流间隙相互连接,该节流间隙在盲孔中构造在颈部区域与盲孔的壁之间,并且该节流间隙至少在该部分行程上保持恒定。基于节流间隙而在颈部区域与盲孔壁之间不发生接触或仅发生微小的贴靠,因而在该区域不磨损或仅有小的磨损。此外与颈部区域必须满足密封功能的情况相比在制造上具有更大的公差。
在本发明燃料喷射器的有利实施例中盲孔的直径d31与颈部区域的直径d23的差大于6μm并小于30μm。由此节流间隙平均大于3μm并且颈部区域与盲孔壁之间的公差链可被选择得相对较大,直至3μm,只要喷嘴针不受横向力负荷。同时该间隙宽度必需小于15μm,以便达到节流间隙的足够的节流功能。
在另一有利实施例中存在一个或多个第二喷射孔,并且通过节流间隙的通流横截面小于通过所述一个或所有第二喷射孔的总通流横截面。优选在所述部分行程上通过节流间隙的通流横截面为通过所述一个或所有第二喷射孔的总通流横截面的15%至70%。由此,向第二喷射孔的燃料输入被节流,只要存在节流间隙,这意味着燃料喷射器的良好的极小量喷射能力。
有利地,当喷嘴针行程大于所述部分行程时,颈部区域从盲孔中伸出并且进入盲孔的通流横截面与节流间隙相比增大。由此使更多的燃料输入到第二喷射孔,这是必要的,以便实现更高的发动机功率。
在另一有利实施例中喷嘴针具有在燃烧室侧衔接于颈部区域上的端部区域。由此,从发动机的部分负荷到全负荷的过渡可以更柔和并从而消耗更小,因为在该过渡中在时间上或冲程上的喷射速率曲线走向更平缓。
在一个有利实施例中端部区域构造成锥形。由此,输入第二喷射孔的燃料量从所述部分行程起线性提高,这与应用相关地导致有利的喷射特性。
在另一有利实施例中端部区域基本上构造成圆柱形并且具有至少一个侧面的槽口。由此,从所述部分行程起喷嘴针仍以颈部区域的扩宽部伸入盲孔中,使得在喷射器体与喷嘴针之间发生较小的轴线偏离并由此在喷嘴针闭合期间发生较小的磨损危险。侧面槽口的形状可根据应用来造型,使得输入第二喷射孔的燃料从所述部分行程起强烈地或不太强地增多。
有利地该至少一个槽口构造为平面磨平部。由此可在制造技术上简单地实现从所述部分行程起节流功能的希望的降低。
在另一有利实施例中该至少一个槽口的横截面上基本上构造成半圆形的。由此增大了端部区域与盲孔壁之间的可能的接触面,这导致喷嘴针在盲孔中被更好地导向并且由此也导致更小的磨损危险。
有利地在喷嘴针达到最大行程时(该最大行程大于所述部分行程),进入盲孔的通流横截面大于通过所有第二喷射孔的总通流横截面。由此在最大行程时喷射特性基本上由第一及第二喷射孔的几何特征确定;喷射器体与喷嘴针之间的节流功能实际上不再存在。因此,对于最大行程,两种喷射孔的制造精度起决定作用,而节流间隙的公差在这方面仅具次要意义。
有利地设有多个第一喷射孔和/或多个第二喷射孔。由此可实现燃料向燃烧室中的均匀喷射。

具体实施方式
图1中示出燃料喷射器100的端部,该端部在安装状态中伸入到内燃机的燃烧室110内。燃料喷射器100具有喷射器体10,该喷射器体具有压力室30,该压力室通过未示出的高压通道与未示出的处于高压下的燃料源、例如共轨连接。
在压力室30中以可纵向移动的方式布设置有喷嘴针20。在所示的区段中喷嘴针20具有中间部分21和在燃烧室侧布置在其上的锥形区域22,并具有颈部区域23和端部区域24。锥形区域22和端部区域24向燃烧室110的方向变窄而颈部区域23圆柱形地构造有直径d23。

从部分行程s起颈部区域23从盲孔31中伸出,但起初端部区域24还保持沉入盲孔31内。由于端部区域24的锥形形状,盲孔31与喷嘴针20之间的通流横截面随着行程的增大而增宽。在最大行程v时颈部区域23及端部区域24这样程度地从盲孔31中伸出,以致喷射器体10与喷嘴针20之间的通流横截面大于通过所有第二喷射孔2的总通流横截面。
因此在最大行程v时喷射特性基本由第一及第二喷射孔1,2的几何特征确定。
