Abstract
Description
2.光沢度は、入射角60°の反射角でDIN 67530に従って測定される。
3.測定は、検討される成形体の表面領域の6つの異なる測定部位で行われる。
4.測定部位の配置は、開始点、すなわち、射出成形時のゲートの位置から開始することによって決定される。検討される成形体が複数のゲート痕を有する場合、各ゲート痕は、測定範囲を決定するための開始点として機能し得る。
5.測定範囲は、最大の流路長に基づいて決定される。最大流路長とは、成形体のゲート痕と、そこから最も遠い距離にある点(流動終了点)との間の距離である。検討される成形体が複数のゲート痕を有する場合、異なるゲート痕からの流動先端の溶接線は、流動終了点として使用され得る。
6.以下の7〜9に記載された測定手順は、各ゲート痕について行わなければならない。
7.測定範囲は次のとおりである:
最大流路長の10〜25%の範囲内の2つの測定点、40〜60%の範囲内の2つの測定点、および75〜90%の範囲内の2つの測定点。
8.それぞれの測定範囲内の個々の測定点間の距離は、典型的な流路幅の少なくとも25%でなければならない。
9.各測定点について、測定装置は、流動方向および流動方向と垂直の光沢度の測定をそれぞれ3回行わなければならない。それぞれの光沢度の測定に用いられる測定領域は、少なくとも7×7mmである。
10.各測定iについて、流動方向GqFR,iに垂直の光沢度に対する、流動方向GiFR,iの光沢度の比は、VG,i=GiFR,i/GqFR,iで計算される。
11.上記で決定された光沢度のすべて値の平均が計算される:

Claims (18)
- ストラクチュラルフォーム成形による成形体(50)の製造方法であって、
熱可塑性物質を溶融することによりプラスチック溶融物(18)を得、
プラスチック溶融物(18)に発泡剤(22)を充填し、かつ、
発泡剤(22)を充填したプラスチック溶融物(18)を加圧下で鋳型(28)の空洞(26)内に、プラスチック溶融物(18)が空洞(26)を通って溶融先端(34)の後方の空洞(26)を満たすように射出し、
プラスチック溶融物(18)が鋳型(28)の空洞(26)内に射出される時の射出速度が、最大0.15秒の時間的間隔を伴って溶融先端(34)部の後に続く領域(40)において、空洞(26)内のプラスチック溶融物(18)の内圧が、射出工程の少なくとも一時点で、発泡剤(22)の臨界圧力よりも高くなるように調節される、方法。 - プラスチック溶融物(18)の内圧が、射出工程の少なくとも一時点で、発泡剤(22)の臨界圧力よりも高い領域(40)が、最大0.1秒、特に最大0.05秒の時間的間隔を伴って溶融先端(34)部の後に続く、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 請求項9〜17のいずれか一項に記載の成形体の、調度品または光学部材、製品ケース、特に携帯電話カバーのとして、または、カップ、ボウル、および保護カバー、冷却ボックスもしくは冷却ボックスの被覆部として、または、特に物流部門における冷蔵および生鮮製品の複数用途容器としての使用。
