Abstract
Description
本発明は、太陽電池アセンブリおよびこのような太陽電池アセンブリを含む太陽電池モジュールに関する。

Claims (20)
- 直列に接続される1つ以上の太陽電池ユニットと、
各太陽電池ユニットに接続されるバイパスダイオードと、を有する太陽電池アセンブリであって、
太陽電池ユニットは、並列に接続される第1太陽電池直列体と第2太陽電池直列体とを有し、前記第1太陽電池直列体、および前記第2太陽電池直列体は、それぞれ、直列に接続される複数の太陽電池を含み、
前記バイパスダイオードは、前記第1太陽電池直列体、および前記第2太陽電池直列体のそれぞれに並列に接続される太陽電池アセンブリ。 - 前記太陽電池ユニットおよび前記バイパスダイオードは、太陽電池モジュールを形成する請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記太陽電池ユニットおよび前記バイパスダイオードは、太陽電池モジュールの一部を形成する請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記第1太陽電池直列体は、前記太陽電池ユニット内の前記第2太陽電池直列体と実質的に同じ開回路電圧Vocを有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記第1太陽電池直列体、および前記第2太陽電池直列体は、前記バイパスダイオードに対して互いに鏡像である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 太陽電池直列体は、クロスコネクタを介して前記バイパスダイオードに接続される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 一部あるいは全ての前記太陽電池ユニットの前記クロスコネクタは、1つの中心クロスコネクタアセンブリとして結合される請求項6に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記中心クロスコネクタアセンブリは、前記太陽電池アセンブリの中心線内に実質的に配置される請求項7に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードのサブセット、あるいは全ては、1つ以上の接続箱内に含まれる請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードの全ては、単一の接続箱内に含まれる請求項9に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 複数の接続箱が使用され、各接続箱は、前記バイパスダイオードの前記サブセットを収納する請求項9に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記各接続箱は、1つのバイパスダイオードを含む請求項11に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードのサブセット、あるいは全ては、1つ以上の集積化されたバイパスダイオードを含み、前記1つ以上の集積化されたバイパスダイオードは、前記太陽電池アセンブリの積層体内で集積化される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードの第1サブセットは、1つ以上の集積化されたバイパスダイオードを含み、前記バイパスダイオードの第2サブセットは、1つ以上の接続箱内に含まれる請求項13に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 集積化されたバイパスダイオードは、アノードおよびカソードを有し、前記アノードおよび前記カソードはそれぞれクロスコネクタの1つに接続される請求項13または14に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ
- 前記クロスコネクタは、前記集積化されたバイパスダイオードおよび前記集積化されたバイパスダイオードと前記クロスコネクタとの機械的接続のうちの1つに、電気的あるいは機械的な過大応力による亀裂が発生するのを防ぐためのストレス緩和としてコルゲーション構造体を有する請求項15に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記1つ以上の接続箱は、前記太陽電池アセンブリの中心線内に実質的に配置される請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードは、前記太陽電池アセンブリの中心線内に実質的に配置される請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記バイパスダイオードの第1サブセットは、1つ以上の接続箱内に含まれ、前記バイパスダイオードの第2サブセットは、前記太陽電池アセンブリの積層体内に集積化されたバイパスダイオードを有する請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記太陽電池アセンブリの端部近傍に配置される前記集積化されたバイパスダイオードの出力クロスコネクタに接続するための外部端子を有する請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
