Claims (8)
- 複数組の電池セルユニット(100)を含み、各組前記電池セルユニット(100)は複数の電池セルを含む電池セル直列モジュールであって、各組前記電池セルユニット(100)において、隣り合う二つの電池セルにおける一方の電池セルの裏面が導電性材料(102)により、他方の電池セルの正面に電気的に接続され、前記導電性材料(102)が二つの電池セルに密接に接触される箇所には、それぞれ第1絶縁層(103)と第2絶縁層(104)が設けられることを特徴とする電池セル直列モジュール。
- 前記導電性材料(102)は、隣り合う二つの電池セルの間に位置する接続部と、一方の電池セルの裏面に接続される第1導電部と、他方の電池セルの裏面に接続される第2導電部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 前記第1導電部と前記第2導電部とは前記接続部に垂直することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁層(103)と前記第2絶縁層(104)とは前記接続部の一部であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁層(103)が前記電池セルに設けられ、前記第2絶縁層(104)が前記電池セルに設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 複数組の前記電池セルユニット(100)が前記電池セルユニット(100)の幅方向に沿って、平行するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 複数組の前記電池セルユニット(100)が前記電池セルユニット(100)の長さ方向に沿って、平行するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
- 太陽電池セルモジュールのジャンクションボックスが複数組の前記電池セルユニット(100)の中間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル直列モジュール。
