Description
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)と、膜(15)と、2つの電極(5)と、を有するレドックスフロー電池のセル(1)であって、前記少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)、前記膜(15)、及び前記2つの電極(5)は、互いに分離している2つのセル内部空間(10)を囲み、少なくとも4つの個別のチャネル(6、7、8、9)が、異なる電解質溶液が前記2つのセル内部空間(10)を通って流れることができるように、前記少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)に設けられ、且つ前記セル(1)は、前記少なくとも4つの個別のチャネル(6、7、8、9)を除いて液密に構築されるセル(1)であって、少なくとも前記少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)は、前記膜(15)、前記2つの電極(5)、及び/または少なくとも1つの別のセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)に溶接されることを特徴とするセル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)は、前記膜(15)、前記2つの電極(5)、及び/または少なくとも1つの別のセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)に、レーザー溶接、熱風溶接、加熱素子溶接、及び/または超音波溶接によって溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)、前記少なくとも1つの電極(5)、及び/または前記膜(15)は、プラスチック材料及び/またはプラスチック材料を含む複合材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のセル。
- 前記プラスチック材料は、熱可塑性材料、好ましくはポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、及び/またはポリアミド(PA)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセル。
- 前記膜(15)及び/または前記少なくとも1つの電極(5)は、セルフレーム素子(2、3、4)から液密にシールされるように射出成形または鋳造され、且つ/または前記膜(15)及び/または前記少なくとも1つの電極(5)は、互いに溶接される2つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)の間の押圧によって液密に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 前記少なくとも4つのチャネル(6、7、8、9)は、前記セル(1)及び/または少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(3)の少なくとも2つの狭い側(20、21)に開口部(18、19)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 前記膜(15)及び/または少なくとも1つの電極(5)は少なくとも1つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 少なくとも2つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)が設けられ、セルフレーム素子(2、3、4)は、前記膜(15)、電極(5)、及び好ましくは前記別の電極(5)に溶接される別のセルフレーム素子(2)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 2つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)が互いに溶接され、且つ/または前記膜(15)は2つのセルフレーム素子(3)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 少なくとも2つのセルフレーム素子(3)がそれぞれ電極(5)及び前記膜(15)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 少なくとも5つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)が設けられ、前記2つの電極(5)及び前記膜(15)は、各々別個のセルフレーム素子(2、4)に溶接され、前記5つのセルフレーム素子(2、3、4)は、好ましくは互いに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 前記電極(5)は、プラスチック材料と、好ましくはグラファイトの形態の導電性粒子との複合物から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のセル。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのセル(1)が設けられていることを特徴とするレドックスフロー電池のセルスタック。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセル(1)、具体的にはセルフレーム素子(2)または電極(5)は隣接のセル(1)のセルフレーム素子(2)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のセルスタック。
- 前記セル(1)は、隣接のセルのセルフレーム素子(3)に両端部面で溶接されており、その素子は好ましくは膜(15)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載のセルスタック。
