- 不定形耐火セラミック製品を製造するためのバッチであって、前記バッチは、前記バッチの全質量に対してそれぞれ、
1.1 55質量%から95質量%の、少なくとも1つのマグネシアベースの原料と、
1.2 5質量%から45質量%の、少なくとも1つのマグネサイトベースの原料とを含んでおり、
1.3 マグネサイトベースの原料の全質量に対して、前記マグネサイトベースの原料における炭酸カルシウムの総含有量が10質量%未満であるバッチ。 - 生マグネサイトの形でマグネサイトベースの原料を有する、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 焼結マグネシア又はカンラン石という原料の内少なくとも1つの形でマグネシアベースの原料を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のバッチ。
- それぞれ前記バッチの全質量に対して、以下の酸化物の内少なくとも1つが、最大でそれぞれ記載された割合:
CaO<5質量%;
Fe2O3<3.5質量%;
Al2O3<3.0質量%;
を有している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッチ。 - 焼成耐火セラミック製品の製造方法であって、
5.1 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッチを準備するステップ;
5.2 所望の使用箇所に前記バッチを適用するステップ;
5.3 適用された前記バッチを焼成し、焼成耐火セラミック製品を形成するステップ、を含んでいる方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法によって製造される製品。
- それぞれ前記製品の全質量に対して、以下の相の内少なくとも1つを、それぞれ記載された割合:
フォルステライト:>5質量%;
メルウィナイト:<0.5質量%;
で有している、請求項6に記載の製品。 - それぞれ前記製品の全質量に対して、以下の酸化物の内少なくとも1つが、最大でそれぞれ記載された割合:
CaO<5質量%;
