Claims (20)
- 第1保護層と、
前記第1保護層上に接着剤で接着された織物層と、を含む、複合フィルム。 - 前記第1保護層は、ポリプロピレン系高分子樹脂、ポリエチレン系高分子樹脂及びこれらの共重合体のうちいずれか一つまたはその混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記ポリエチレン系高分子樹脂は、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体(EVA)、アクリル酸−エチレン共重合体(EAA)、メタクリル酸−エチレン共重合体(EMAA)、アクリル酸エチル−エチレン共重合体(EEA)、アクリル酸メチル−エチレン共重合体(EMA)またはメタクリル酸メチル−エチレン共重合体(EMMA)を含むポリエチレン共重合体である、請求項2に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記第1保護層は、10μmないし40μmの厚さを持つ、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記織物層は、綿織物、麻織物、毛織物、絹織物、混紡織物、交織物、不織布または極細糸布を含む、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記織物層は、ゴアテックスを含む、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記織物層は、100μmないし2,000μmの厚さを持つ、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記第1保護層と前記織物層との間に金属層をさらに含み、
前記金属層は、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、ニッケル(Ni)またはその合金を含む、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。 - 前記金属層は、金属ホイルまたは金属薄膜を含む、請求項8に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記金属層は、0.1μmないし100μmの厚さを持つ、請求項8に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記金属層は、0.1μmないし10μmの厚さを持つ、請求項8に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記金属層と前記織物層との間に第2保護層をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記第2保護層は、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレートまたはこれらの誘導体を含む、請求項12に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記第2保護層は、10μmないし30μmの厚さを持つ、請求項12に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤またはエポキシ系接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 第1保護層を提供する段階と、
前記第1保護層の一面に金属層を形成する段階と、
前記第1保護層と接しない前記金属層の他面に織物層を形成する段階と、を含む、複合フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記織物層を形成する段階前に、
前記金属層の他面に第2保護層を形成する段階をさらに含み、
前記金属層と接しない前記第2保護層の他面に前記織物層を形成する、請求項16に記載の複合フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記織物層を形成する段階は、前記第2保護層の他面に接着剤を塗布した後、前記織物層を積層して乾燥する段階を含む、請求項16または17に記載の複合フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記織物層を形成する段階は、プレスで前記織物層を加圧する段階を含む、請求項16に記載の複合フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1保護層に前記織物層を形成するか、前記織物層に前記第1保護層を形成する、請求項16に記載の複合フィルムの製造方法。
