本发明公开了一种复合膜及其制备方法,所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有良好的弹性或柔韧性,并能够防止由热膨胀系数差导致的层间变形或层间剥落现象的复合膜及其制备方法。为此,根据本发明的一实施例的复合膜包括第一保护层,以及在第一保护层上通过使用胶粘剂附着的织物层。

Description

一种复合膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合膜及其制备方法,且特别涉及具有良好柔韧性并改善层间变形或者层间剥落现象的复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
通常,容纳液体的包袋(pouch)或者包装材料要求内部的液体不能流出到外部,外部的水分及异物不流入到内部。作为这种包袋或包装材料通常使用高分子树脂。通过压力机适用拉伸(drawing)或者折叠(folding)工艺使这种高分子树脂维持如四角形或者圆形的固定形态,从而应用于多种产品的包装。
现有的包袋或者包装材料用高分子树脂,为了防止液体向外部流出或者外部的水分及异物流入到内部,经过厚膜化或高密度化,但这种方式限制上述包装材料的柔韧性或者弹性的提高,并且将其它层层叠而形成复合化的情况,会存在由热膨系数差导致的多种变形或剥落现象。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合膜,其确保柔韧性或弹性,并通过能够改善层间变形或层间剥落现象,从而防止内部的液体向外流出,外部的水分或异物流入到内部。
另外,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既经济又简单的所述复合膜的制备方法。
解决问题的手段
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明一实施例的复合膜包括:第一保护层;及在上述第一保护层上使用胶粘剂附着的织物层。在一实施例中,上述第一保护层包括聚丙烯系高分子树脂、聚乙烯系高分子树脂及其它们的共聚物中的一种或其混合物。上述聚乙烯系高分子树脂可包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA),或者乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMMA)。
在一实施例中,上述第一保护层的厚度为10μm至40μm。上述织物层可包括棉织物、麻织物、毛织物、绢丝织物、混纺织物、交织物、无纺布或者极细砂布。另外,上述织物层也可包括戈尔特斯(Gore-tex)。在一实施例中,上述织物层的厚度为100μm至2,000μm。
上述复合膜在上述第一保护层和上述织物层之间还可包括金属层。上述金属层可包括铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、碳(C)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)或者它们的合金。上述金属层可包括金属箔或者金属薄膜。在一实施例中,上述金属层的厚度为0.1μm至100μm。上述金属层的厚度优选为0.1μm至10μm。
另外,上述复合膜在上述金属层和上述织物层之间还可包括第二保护层。上述第二保护层可包括尼龙、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯或者它们的衍生物。在一实施例中,上述第二保护层的厚度为10μm至30μm。上述胶粘剂可为丙烯酸系胶粘剂或者环氧系胶粘剂。
为了解决上述另一技术问题,根据本发明一实施例的复合膜的制备方法包括:提供第一保护层的步骤;在上述第一保护层的一面上形成金属层的步骤;以及在不与上述第一保护层接触的上述金属层的另一面上形成织物层的步骤。在另一实施例中,在形成上述织物层的步骤之前,还包括在上述金属层的另一面上形成第二保护层的步骤,并在不与上述金属层接触的上述第二保护层的另一面上还可形成织物层。
形成上述织物层的步骤包括,在上述第二保护层的另一面上涂覆胶粘剂后叠层上述织物层,然后进行干燥的步骤。形成上述织物层的步骤可包括,通过压力机对上述织物层施压的步骤。另外,上述复合膜的制备方法也可在上述第一保护层上形成上述织物层,或者在上述织物层上形成上述第一保护层。
发明的效果
根据本发明的实施例,通过在构成复合膜基底层的保护层表面上叠层织物层,从而提供具有良好的柔韧性或弹性,并且通过上述织物层抑制或者改善,由上述基底层与织物层之间的热膨胀系数差导致的层间变形或者层间剥落的现象,以提高包装的寿命及产品信赖度的复合膜及其制备方法。
另外,根据本发明的实施例,提供一种在作为基底层的保护层中,难以流入如电解液的液体及外部的水分,因此用作容纳例如包含电解液的锂离子电池、电容器或者双电层电容器的能量储存装置的包袋的电池外装材使用时,作为外皮能够使织物层暴露外部的复合膜及其制备方法。
另外,根据本发明的一实施例,提供一种复合膜,其不仅具有良好的柔韧性和弹性,并通过使用具有优秀防水性能的基底层及织物层,可用作如可穿戴的或者穿戴式手表、皮带、眼镜、电池的穿戴式智能设备的外装材料使用,以及提供一种包含上述外装材料的电池及其制备方法。

另外,在以下附图中,各层的厚度及大小是为说明的便利及明确性而有所夸大,在附图中同一符号称同一要素。如本发明所使用的用语“以及/或者”包括所列举的种类的一种及一种以上的所有组合。

图1是根据本发明一实施例的复合膜10的截面图。
参考图1可知,复合膜10包括在表面第一保护层11以及第一保护层11上以胶粘层13为媒介而附着的表面织物层12。第一保护层11可以是热融合层。将复合膜10折叠与第一保护层11的暴露的底面11S相对后,可相互进行热融合,或者在其它基板上增加第一保护层11之后,通过加热使复合膜融合到上述基板上。
上述热融合层可包括聚丙烯系高分子树脂、聚乙烯系高分子树脂或者它们的共聚物(例如,乙烯-丙烯共聚物)。可优选包括聚乙烯系高分子树脂或者其共聚物。上述聚乙烯系高分子树脂与上述聚丙烯系高分子树脂相比,由于具有更低的熔点,相对在低温,例如80℃至130℃下,可进行热融合工艺。
在一实施例中,上述聚乙烯系高分子树脂可包括聚乙烯(PE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)或者高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)。在另一实施例中,上述聚乙烯系高分子树脂可以是包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)或者乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMMA)的聚乙烯共聚物。低熔点的聚乙烯系高分子树脂,即使因织物层12减少热传导率并增加复合膜的厚度,在相对低温度下可进行热融合或者密封包装,从而提高利用复合膜10的包装工艺的信赖度及速度。作为一实施例,复合膜10可用作低温工艺的电池外装材料。
前述的第一保护层11中,有关层的材料是示例性的,本发明并不限于此。例如,第一保护层11也可包括对水分或者电解液具有稳定性,并能够进行热融合的材料,即PET树脂、尼龙树脂等聚酯系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂。
第一保护层11可具有10μm至40μm的厚度。第一保护层11的厚度小于10μm的情况,会发生针对如盐或者电解液的内容物产生耐化学性及泄露问题,并降低防止从外部流入水分的特性。另外,利用复合膜10的包装或者封装工艺时,由于减小根据第一保护层11的底面之间的热融合工艺的粘合厚度,无法维持充分的机械强度及紧密特性。第一保护层11的厚度超过40μm的情况,在包装或者封装工艺中难以进行复合膜10的拉伸或者折叠工序,并且由于复合膜10的厚度变厚,柔韧性下降。
织物层12从外部环境保护包括第一保护层11的内部层,基于织物层12的纤维构造具有的柔韧性既防止上述内部层的破裂,又防止复合膜10的外周面12S(例如,上述外周面指包袋的外皮)发生破裂,从而提升产品的寿命,并确保包装或者封装工艺中,在拉伸或者折叠工序中的复合膜10的耐性及信赖度。另外,织物层12基于纤维构造的特异性,提高复合膜10的弹性或柔韧性,并在上述内部层与织物层12之间或者上述内部层具有多个叠层构造的情况,织物层12吸收并补充由内部层之间的热膨胀系数差导致的应力产生的变形或者层间剥落现象,从而稳定的维持复合膜10的构造。
另外,织物层12用作包装材料时,其就有柔韧性并能够实现具有便于用户使用的质感或者触感的界面,使产品性提高并扩大其的应用。例如,复合膜10用作如智能衣服或者智能鞋的穿戴式智能设备的外装材料,或者用作这种设备的能源的电池的包袋的情况,不需要额外的外装材料,其本身可作为外装材料附着现有的衣服、鞋、包或者露营用具上或实现一体化。因此,其能够被广泛的应用并可创造出具有新规格及设计的产品。
在一实施例中,织物层12可包括棉织物、麻织物、毛织物、绢丝织物、混纺织物、交织物、无纺布或者极细砂布。在另一实施例中,织物层12可为复合纤维层,例如,可包括叠层有防水加工膜的戈尔特斯(Gore-tex)。但是,这些材料仅是示例性的,本发明并不限于此。例如,织物层12可以是与胶粘剂13一起安置到第一保护层11上之后,在包括室温(例如,25℃)的20℃至50℃温度下,经过干燥后形成的材料,或者是通过压力机施压后形成的任何材料。这种织物层12的叠层工序仅是示例性的,本发明并不限于此。
织物层12可形成为100μm至2,000μm的厚度。织物层12厚度小于约100μm的情况,容易被外部的冲击损坏,并对热膨胀系数差导致的层间变形或者层间剥落现象的抑制率较小,不适合用作外皮。另外,织物层12的厚度超过2,000μm的情况,利用复合膜10的包装工艺,例如,包袋的制造过程中,例如难以进行拉伸或折叠工序,从而导致加工成本的上升及不良品的发生,并且增加复合膜10本身的厚度从而降低弹性或柔韧性。
胶粘剂13可为丙烯酸系胶粘剂或者环氧系胶粘剂,本发明并不限于此。胶粘剂13既能够将织物层12附着到第一保护层11上,且具有一定范围的弹性力,因此复合膜10在拉伸或者折叠时,使第一保护层11与织物层12相互不产生分离。
图2是根据本发明另一实施例的复合膜20的截面图。
参考图2可知,复合膜20包括表面的第一保护层11、第一保护层11上形成的表面的金属层21及金属层21上通过胶粘剂13附着的表面的织物层12。图2的构成部件中,针对与图1的构成部件具有相同参考符号的构成部件可参考前述的说明。
金属层21从外部环境中浸透水分或者气体至下肢的第一保护层11,以防止第一保护层11的膨胀或劣化。另外,包装或者封装工艺时,其内容物为如电解质的液相物质的情况,通过第一保护层11防止泄露,维持整体包装的强度。
金属层21可包括铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、碳(C)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)或者它们的合金。例如,金属层21为增强机械强度可包含铁,为提高柔韧性及弹性作为主要成分可包含铝。在金属层21包含含有铁的材料时,可使用由铁84~88.2%、碳0.5%以下、铬11~15%及锰0.3~0.5%构成的合金,或者由铁63.7~75.9%、碳0.1~0.3%、铬12~18%及镍7~12%构成的合金。
金属层21的厚度为0.1μm至100μm的范围,优选为1μm至20μm的范围。金属层21的厚度小于0.1μm的情况,在包装及封装工艺中进行拉伸或者折叠工序时,容易发生破裂、断裂或者损坏。金属层的厚度超过100μm的情况,难以进行拉伸或者折叠工序,导致较难进行包装或封装工艺,从而降低包装的产品的柔韧性以及对其的期望寿命。
金属层21可为金属箔或者金属薄膜。金属层21为金属箔的情况,通过在金属层21的表面涂层或者层压第一保护层11,以形成为制造复合膜20的中间制造物。金属层21为金属薄膜的情况,通过在第一保护层11上进行如溅射或者热蒸发的蒸镀工序,或者无电解电镀工序,或者这两种的复合过程以形成金属层21。
金属层21为上述金属薄膜的情况,可增加复合膜20的柔韧性及弹性。上述金属薄膜的厚度为0.1μm至10μm范围内。薄膜化金属层21的复合膜10为例,用作包含固体电解质的电池的电池外装材料时有用。与使用液体电解质的电池相比,使用固体电解质的电池时,减少电解质泄露到电池外装材料的顾虑,因此,如前述,具有薄膜化金属层21或者省略金属层21的优势。
织物层12通过胶粘剂13附着到金属层21上。织物层12增强复合膜20的柔韧性及弹性,从而增加复合膜20本身作为外皮使用的包装及封装的柔韧性及弹性。例如,将复合膜20作为水桶或者充电有电解液的电池的外装材使用时,缓解由电解液导致的第一保护层的11胀气以及第一保护层11与金属层21之间的热膨胀系数差导致的剥落及变形,从而提升产品的寿命。
图3是根据本发明另一实施例的复合膜30的截面图。
参考图3可知,复合膜30包括第一保护层11、第一保护层11上的金属层21、金属层21上的第二保护层31,以及第二保护层31通过胶粘剂13附着的织物层12。图3的复合膜30具有与图2的复合膜20类似的构造,以下重点说明其区别点。
第二保护层31通过在金属层21的表面上经过涂层或者层压为一定厚度而形成。第二保护层31的作用为从外部保护内部层,并防止由复合膜10形成的包袋的外周面发生破裂,从而便于整体成型。
第二保护层31可包括尼龙、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯或者它们的衍生物,本发明并不限于此。第二保护层31通过将前述的高分子树脂液相涂层到金属层21的表面上,或者将高分子树脂预先制作成膜形态,并经过各种层压方法叠层而形成。另外,通过将第二保护层31进行多层化,或者在第二保护层31的表面上复合化氟系树脂或者丙烯酸系树脂层,从而保护第二保护层31的表面或者提高成型的加工性。
第二保护层31可形成为10μm至30μm的厚度。第二保护层31的厚度小于10μm的情况,不容易实现包装或者封装工艺中如拉伸或者折叠过程。第二保护层31的厚度超过30μm的情况,会使利用复合膜10的包装的厚度变厚,并非优选。
以下,对本发明的复合膜的制备方法进行说明。由于材料及厚度等已在前面进行了说明,因此省略对其的说明。
图4是说明根据本发明一实施例的复合膜10的制备方法的流程图。图5是说明根据本发明另一实施例的复合膜10的制备方法的流程图。共同参考图1,对制备方法进行说明。
参考图4可知,根据另一实施例的复合膜10的制备方法可包括第一保护层形成步骤S11及织物层形成步骤S12。本发明可在第一保护层11上,无需金属层21,通过胶粘剂13直接形成织物层12。
参考图5可知,根据另一实施例的复合膜10的制备方法可包括织物层形成步骤S11'以及第一保护层形成步骤S12'。在织物层12上无需金属层21可直接形成第一保护层11。在此,第一保护层11通过涂层或者层压方式直接形成在织物层12上。
在一些实施例中,通过前述的层压方式的情况,适用通过压力机施压的方式,以便使第一保护层11和织物层12能够迅速而强烈地附着。作为示例,不具有金属层21的复合膜10可有效用作包含固体电解质的电池的电池外装材。例如,与使用液体电解质的电池相比,使用固体电解质的电池,无需顾虑电解质泄露到电池外装材。因此,如前述不具有金属层21的复合膜10可加工成电池外装材。
图6是示出根据本发明另一实施例的复合膜20的制备方法的流程图。在此,共同参考图2。
参考图6可知,根据一实施例的复合膜20的制备方法包括金属层形成步骤S21及第一保护层/织物层形成步骤S22。在金属层21的形成步骤S21中,通过适用通常的成型工艺,将毛材形成为期望厚度的箔。在拉伸或者折叠工艺时,为了使金属层21不发生破裂,并提升延伸率,可在惰性气体氛围中进行热处理等追加工艺。在第一保护层11/织物层12的形成步骤S22中,在金属层21的一面上涂层或层压第一保护层11后,在金属层21的另一面上通过胶粘剂13附着织物层12。在此,形成第一保护层11后形成织物层12,或者形成织物层12后形成第一保护层11。在另一实施例中,可同时形成第一保护层11和织物层12。
金属层21可在第一保护层11的表面上适用溅射或者镀金工序以形成期望厚度的金属薄膜。首先提供第一保护层11,该工艺之后,在没有形成第一保护层11的金属层21的表面上通过胶粘剂13形成织物层12。织物层12中间夹着胶粘剂13,位于金属层21的表面上,从而其能够在室温得到干燥或者通过压力机施加恒压而形成。
图7是示出根据本发明另一实施例的复合膜30的制备方法的流程图。对此,共同参考图3。
参考图7可知,根据另一实施例的复合膜30的制备方法包括金属层形成步骤S31、第一保护层/第二保护层形成步骤S32,以及织物层形成步骤S33。
第一保护层11/第二保护层31形成步骤S32通过在金属层21的一面上形成第一保护层11,在金属层21的另一面上形成第二保护层31而构成。选择性的,通过金属层21的一面上形成第二保护层31,金属层21的另一面上形成第一保护层11而构成。如前述,第一保护层11及第二保护层31通过涂层或层压方式分别形成在金属层21的一面或者另一面上。织物层12形成步骤S33通过在第二保护层31上中间夹着胶粘剂13定位织物层12,并在室温干燥或者通过压力机施压而得到实施。
图8是示出根据本发明一实施例的电池外装材320及包含其的电池的透视图。
参考图8可知,根据一实施例的电池外装材320包括,形成有能够容纳电极组件310的空间部325的外装材本体324,以及至少一面与外装材本体324邻接的外装材盖部322。随着除了外装材盖部322一体连接的一侧边以外的外装材本体324的3边的边缘,形成有为了与外装材盖部322粘合的密封部324a。
电池外装材320,例如,如前述的复合膜,包括织物层322a/金属层322b/第一保护层322c。织物层322a构成电池的包装外皮,第一保护层322c作为热融合层构成电池的包装内皮。如果在将外装材本体324与外装材盖部322粘合的状态下,热融合密封部324a,会使密封部324a的第一保护层(热融合层)相互粘合,从而密封电池外装材。针对上述层构造,可适用前述的根据多种实施例的复合膜,例如,具有第一保护层/织物层,第一保护层/金属层/第二保护层/织物层的构造的膜,可参考前述内容。
电极组件310通过在第一电极312、第二电极314以及在它们之间介入分离膜313,以制造成缠绕的卷饼(jellyroll)的形态,或者将它们叠层的板状叠层型电极组件。第一电极312与第二电极314具有相反极性,能够各自对应阳极或者阴极。第一电极312及第二电极314包括集流体以及至少涂覆到集流体一面上的电极活性物质,即阳极活性物质或者阴极活性物质。或者,第一电极312及第二电极314可具有根据本申请在2010年10月16日申请的韩国专利号1088073的电极构造,其仅是示例性的,本发明并不限于此。
第一电极312或者第二电极314用作阳极的使用时,作为电极集流体可以使用不锈钢、镍、铝、钛或者它们的合金、用碳、镍、钛、银处理表面的铝或者不锈钢等。其中,优选为铝或者铝合金。第一电极312或者第二电极314用作阴极使用时,作为电极集流体可以使用不锈钢、镍、铜、钛或者它们的合金、用碳、镍、钛、银处理表面的铜或者不锈钢等。其中,优选为铜或者铜合金。
作为阳极活性物质,通常均可使用含锂过渡金属氧化物或者含锂硫属化合物。代表性的,可使用LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMnO2、LiMn2O4,或者LiNi1-x-yCoxMyO2(0=x=1,0=y=1,0=x+y=1,M为Al,Sr,Mg,La等金属)等金属氧化物。作为阴极活性物质可使用晶体碳、非晶碳、碳复合、碳纤维等碳材、锂金属、锂合金等。分离膜313防止第一电极312与第二电极314之间的短路,并提供锂离子的传输通道,可以使用如公知的聚丙烯、聚乙烯等聚烯烃系高分子膜或者它们的多层膜、微多孔膜、织布、无纺布。
在电极组件310的第一电极312及第二电极314上,通过焊接如激光焊接、超声波焊接、电阻焊接,或者导电性胶粘剂分别附着第一电极接头315及第二电极接头316以使其能够通电。电极接头315、316朝向电极组件310缠绕的方向和垂直方向,从电极组件310突出。
电极组件310的第一电极插头315和第二电极插头316,通过密封部324a中外装材本体324与外装材盖部322连接的边和位于对面的密封部引出。电极插头315、316上附着有由绝缘材料制成的保护带317从而防止电极之间的短路。
虽然没有在附图中示出,在第一电极插头315和第二电极插头316中,通过电气联接保护电路模块,从而防止电池的过量充电及过量放电,并预防在外部短路时电池处于危险状态。前述的电池外装材及使用其的电池均包括在本发明的实施例中。

1.一种复合膜,其特征在于,包括第一保护层,以及在所述第一保护层上通过胶粘剂附着的织物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述第一保护层包括聚丙烯系高分子树脂、聚乙烯系高分子树脂及其它们的共聚物中的一种或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯系高分子树脂为包含乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,或者乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的聚乙烯聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述第一保护层的厚度为10μm至40μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述织物层包括棉织物、麻织物、毛织物、绢丝织物、混纺织物、交织物、无纺布或者极细砂布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述织物层包括戈尔特斯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述织物层的厚度为100μm至2000μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述第一保护层与所述织物层之间还包括金属层,所述金属层包括铝、铜、铁、碳、铬、锰、镍或者它们的合金。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述金属层包括金属箔或者金属薄膜。
10.根据权利要求8所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述金属层的厚度为0.1μm至100μm。
11.根据权利要求8所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述金属层的厚度为0.1μm至10μm。
12.根据权利要求8所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述金属层与所述织物层之间还包括第二保护层。
13.根据权利要求12所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述第二保护层包括尼龙、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯或者它们的衍生物。
14.根据权利要求12所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述第二保护层的厚度为10μm至30μm。
15.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂包括丙烯酸系胶粘剂或者环氧系胶粘剂。
16.一种复合膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
提供第一保护层的步骤;
在所述第一保护层的一面上形成金属层的步骤;以及
在不与所述第一保护层接触的所述金属层的另一面上形成织物层的步骤。
17.根据权利要求16所述的复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括:形成所述织物层的步骤之前,在所述金属层的另一面上形成第二保护层的步骤,在不与所述金属层接触的所述第二保护层的另一面上形成所述织物层。
18.根据权利要求16或权利要求17所述的复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述织物层形成步骤包括,在所述第二保护层的另一面上涂覆胶粘剂后,叠层所述织物层并进行干燥的步骤;
19.根据权利要求16所述的复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述织物层的形成步骤包括,通过使用压力机对所述织物层施压的步骤。
20.根据权利要求16所述的复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述第一保护层上形成所述织物层,或者在所述织物层上形成所述第一保护层。
