Abstract
Description
− エンドキャップの電気端子を照明器具の端子レセプタに入れることによって、ベース部材を実装するステップと、
− 電気端子をロックするためにベース部材を回転させるステップと、
− 光学部材をベース部材に実装し、これによって、発光ダイオードを包囲し、よって、ベース部材の少なくとも1つのスイッチを切り替える光学部材の少なくとも1つのスイッチング部によって、発光ダイオードを電気端子に接続させて電気回路を閉じる当該ステップと
を有する。
Claims (14)
- 複数の発光ダイオードが細長いベース部材の長さに沿って実装される壁部を持つ細長いベース部材と、
前記ベース部材のそれぞれの端部に電気端子を含むエンドキャップと
を有する照明デバイスアセンブリであって、
前記照明デバイスアセンブリは、さらに、
前記ベース部材に取り付けられ、これによって前記発光ダイオードを包囲する細長い光透過性光学部材を有し、
前記ベース部材は、前記発光ダイオードを前記電気端子と接続させて電気回路を閉じる少なくとも1つのスイッチを備え、
前記光学部材は、前記ベース部材と前記光学部材とのアセンブリと連結させて、前記少なくとも一つのスイッチを閉じるための少なくとも1つのスイッチング部を備え、前記少なくともとも1つのスイッチは、前記ベース部材及び前記光学部材が解体された場合に、開く、
照明デバイスアセンブリ。 - 前記光学部材は、前記ベース部材よりも大きい最大幅を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスイッチは、前記発光ダイオードに対して前記反対の壁部の側に実装される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記壁部は、前記少なくとも1つのスイッチング部を受ける少なくとも1つの開口部を備える、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記1つ以上のスイッチング部の少なくとも1つは、磁石を有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスイッチは、少なくとも2つの入/切コンタクト部であって、前記コンタクト部のそれぞれが、それぞれの前記エンドキャップの前記電気端子に、前記LEDをスイッチングする当該2つの入/切コンタクト部を有する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記ベース部材は中空である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記ベース部材は、概ね半円形の断面を持つ、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスイッチング部のそれぞれは突出部である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 各スイッチング部は、組み立てられた状態において、前記ベース部材と係合する保持部を有する、請求項9に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記光学部材は、発光ダイオードに面する内側において蛍光層によって覆われるキャリア層を有する、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 前記光学部材は、それぞれ反射性の内面を持つ傾斜した側壁と、前記側壁と結合される前方プリズムプレートとを有する、請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリ。
- 複数の発光ダイオードが細長いベース部材の長さに沿って実装される壁部を持つ細長いベース部材と、前記ベース部材のそれぞれの端部に電気端子を含むエンドキャップと、細長い光透過性光学部材とを有する照明デバイスアセンブリを実装する方法であって、前記実装方法は、
− 前記エンドキャップの前記電気端子を照明器具の端子レセプタに入れることによって、前記ベース部材を実装するステップと、
− 前記電気端子をロックするために前記ベース部材を回転させるステップと、
− 前記光学部材をベース部材に実装し、これによって、前記発光ダイオードを包囲し、よって、前記ベース部材の少なくとも1つのスイッチを切り替える前記光学部材の少なくとも1つのスイッチング部によって、前記発光ダイオードを前記電気端子に接続させて電気回路を閉じる当該ステップと
を有する、方法。 - 請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスアセンブリを有する、管状の発光レトロフィットランプ。
