Abstract
Description
蛍光体層と、
前記蛍光体層をポンピング又は光励起するように構成された光源装置であって、前記蛍光体層内を逆方向に伝搬(counter propagate)する2つの単色光のビームを供給し、これにより前記蛍光体層外で前記光の相殺的干渉(destructive interference)をもたらすように構成された光源装置と、
を有する照明デバイスが提供され、
前記蛍光体層は波長に関して第1波長にピーク吸収を持つ吸収スペクトルを有し、前記光源装置は前記第1波長よりも大きな第2波長のピーク出力を有する。
光出力を発生するステップと、
蛍光体層をポンピング又は光励起するために該蛍光体層に前記光出力を導入するステップと、
前記蛍光体層外で前記光出力の相殺的干渉をもたらすステップと、
を有し、
前記蛍光体層が波長に関して第1波長にピーク吸収を持つ吸収スペクトルを有し、前記光出力が前記第1波長よりも大きな波長のピーク出力を有する方法も提供する。
この結果:
調査中のケースにおいて、当該層は空気中に埋め込まれているので、n0=1である。
Claims (15)
- 蛍光体層と、
前記蛍光体層をポンピング又は光励起する光源装置であって、前記蛍光体層内を逆方向に伝搬する2つの単色光のビームを供給し、これにより前記蛍光体層外で前記光の相殺的干渉をもたらす光源装置と、
を有する照明デバイスであって、
前記蛍光体層は波長に関して第1波長にピーク吸収を持つ吸収スペクトルを有し、前記光源装置が前記第1波長よりも大きな第2波長のピーク出力を有する、照明デバイス。 - 前記蛍光体層の材料、前記蛍光体層の厚さ及び前記励起の波長が前記光源装置の出力のコヒーレント吸収を達成するように選択される、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源装置は等しい強度及び波長の第1及び第2ビームを発生し、前記光源装置は前記第1及び第2ビームを前記蛍光体層の相反する側から該蛍光体層に垂直に向けて該蛍光体層内で逆方向に伝搬させる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記逆方向に伝搬するビームの一方の他方に対する直線的配置を調整し、これにより前記逆方向に伝搬するビームの前記一方の位相を制御する位置決め装置を有する、請求項3に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記位置決め装置が圧電アクチュエータ又は空間光変調器である、請求項4に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源装置は単一のビームを発生し、前記蛍光体層内で逆方向に伝搬する前記2つの単色光のビームは、該蛍光体層における前記単一のビームが導入される側とは反対の側におけるダイクロイックミラーにより供給される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ダイクロイックミラーは前記光源装置の出力の波長の光を反射するためのものである、請求項6に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記蛍光体層における前記単一のビームが導入される側に設けられた第2のダイクロイックミラーを更に有し、該第2のダイクロイックミラーは前記蛍光体層の光出力の波長の光を反射するためのものである、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源装置の波長を調整する同調器を更に有する、請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記蛍光体層に出力される前記光源装置の入射角を制御するコントローラを更に有する、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源装置がレーザダイオードである、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 光出力を発生する方法であって、
光出力を発生するステップと、
蛍光体層をポンピング又は光励起するために該蛍光体層に前記光出力を導入するステップと、
前記蛍光体層内で逆方向に伝搬する2つの単色光ビームを供給し、これにより前記蛍光体層外で前記光出力の相殺的干渉をもたらすステップと、
を有し、
前記蛍光体層は波長に関して第1波長にピーク吸収を持つ吸収スペクトルを有し、前記光出力が前記第1波長よりも大きな波長のピーク出力を有する、方法。 - 前記光出力のコヒーレント完全吸収を達成するために、前記蛍光体層の材料、前記蛍光体層の厚さ及び前記励起の波長を選択するステップを有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 等しい強度及び波長の第1及び第2ビームを発生するステップ、及び前記第1及び第2ビームを前記蛍光体層内で逆方向に伝搬するように指向させるステップを有する、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
- 単一のビームを発生するステップ、及び該蛍光体層における前記単一のビームが導入される側とは反対の側におけるダイクロイックミラーを用いて反射を行うステップを有する、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
