Abstract
Description
一次光を放出する少なくとも1つの固体発光要素と、
独立した波長変換領域からなるアレイとして提供される、一次光の一部を二次光に変換する複数の波長変換材料とを含み、様々な波長変換領域は、異なる二次光発光帯又はピークを生成する波長変換材料を含み、各波長変換材料は、一次光を二次光波長範囲に変換し、波長変換材料によって提供される全二次光発光は、スポットライトが発光を生成しない又は著しく減少された発光を生成する少なくとも1つの決められた狭波長範囲を除いた広帯域発光スペクトルを提供し、波長変換材料によって変換された光の組み合わせられた発光は、少なくとも1つの決められた狭波長範囲において発光がない又は著しく減少された発光を有する発光スペクトルを形成するように制御可能である。
通常は、光センサを使用して、スポットライトによって照射される物体によって放出される光を検出するステップと、
照射される物体によって放出される波長範囲の光の発光を阻止する又は減少させるように、少なくとも1つの固体発光要素又はシールド部材の動作を制御するステップと、
スポットライトによって放出される光で、物体を照射するステップとを含む。
FITC及びTRITCといったフルオレセイン及びローダミンの誘導体:関心の化合物と染料との間にチオウレイド結合を形成するように1級アミンに対して反応性である。
NHSフルオレセインといったスクシンイミジルエステル:アミド結合を形成するようにアミノ基に対して反応性である。
フルオレセイン‐5−マレイミドといったマレイミド活性化蛍光色素分子:スルフヒドリル基と容易に反応する。スルフヒドリル基は、マレイミドの二重結合を増加させる。
Claims (15)
- 白色光を生成するスポットライトであって、
一次光を放出する少なくとも1つの固体発光要素と、
複数の独立した波長変換領域からなるアレイとして提供される、前記一次光の一部を二次光に変換する複数の波長変換材料と、
を含み、
様々な波長変換領域は、異なる二次光発光帯又はピークを生成する波長変換材料を含み、各波長変換材料は、前記一次光を二次光波長範囲に変換し、
各波長変換材料は、少なくとも1つの発光帯又はピークを有する全発光スペクトルに貢献し、前記波長変換材料によって提供される全二次光発光は、前記スポットライトが発光を生成しない又は著しく減少された発光を生成する少なくとも1つの決められた狭波長範囲を除いた広帯域発光スペクトルを提供し、
前記波長変換材料によって変換された光の組み合わせられた発光は、前記少なくとも1つの決められた狭波長範囲において発光がない又は著しく減少された発光を有する発光スペクトルを形成するように制御可能である、スポットライト。 - 少なくとも1つの波長変換領域が、前記一次光を受け取ることをシールドするシールド部材を更に含む、請求項1に記載のスポットライト。
- 複数の独立制御可能な固体光源を含み、各波長変換領域は、前記複数の独立制御可能な固体光源のうちの1つによって放出された光を受け取る、請求項1に記載のスポットライト。
- 少なくとも1つの波長変換材料は、1つ又は幾つかのタイプの量子ドットを含む、請求項1に記載のスポットライト。
- 少なくとも1つの波長変換材料は、1つ又は幾つかのタイプの有機波長変換材料を含む、請求項1に記載のスポットライト。
- 光センサと、前記制御可能なシールド部材及び/又は前記複数の独立制御可能な固体光源並びに前記光センサに動作可能に接続される制御ユニットと、を更に含み、前記制御ユニットは、前記スポットライトの前記発光スペクトルを制御する、請求項2又は3に記載のスポットライト。
- 請求項1に記載のスポットライトを含む、ヘッドトーチ。
- 請求項1に記載のスポットライトを含む、手持ち式トーチ。
- 請求項1に記載のスポットライトを少なくとも1つ含む、手術照明システム。
- 蛍光分子を含む物体を照射するための請求項1に記載のスポットライトの使用。
- 前記蛍光分子は、前記スポットライトが発光を生成しない又は低強度の発光を生成する波長範囲に対応する波長範囲における光を放出する、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記スポットライトは、前記蛍光分子が吸収ピークを有する波長範囲における発光ピークを含む発光スペクトルを生成する、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 請求項1に記載のスポットライトを使用して、蛍光分子を含む物体を照射するステップを含む、蛍光分子を検出する方法。
- 前記蛍光分子は、バイオマーカーであり、照射される前記物体は、生体材料である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項6に記載のスポットライトを操作する方法であって、
前記スポットライトによって照射される物体によって放出される光を検出するステップと、
照射される前記物体によって放出される波長範囲の光の発光を阻止する又は減少させるように、少なくとも1つの固体発光要素又はシールド部材の動作を制御するステップと、
前記スポットライトによって放出される光で、前記物体を照射するステップと、
を含む、方法。
