Claims (14)
- 磁化可能な被覆材料により工作物(10)の表面の一部分(12)を被覆する方法であって、
少なくとも前記被覆材料を付着させる間は磁化された遮蔽要素(15、19)を、前記表面の一部分(12)を境界付けするように前記工作物(10)に配置し、
前記遮蔽要素(15、19)を、堆積した被覆材料を除去するために消磁する、方法。 - 前記遮蔽要素(15、19)が、前記遮蔽要素(15、19)への前記被覆材料の付着を少なくともより困難にさせる付着防止被覆(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記付着防止被覆(16)が、セラミック被覆として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載された方法。
- 前記付着防止被覆(16)が、酸化マグネシウムによって安定化された酸化ジルコニウムでできていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載された方法。
- 前記工作物(10)が、燃焼機関のクランクケースとして設計され、前記表面の一部分(12)が、前記クランクケース(10)のシリンダ(11)のシリンダ内壁として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記被覆材料の付着を熱溶射法により行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記遮蔽要素(19)が、少なくとも前記被覆材料を付着させる間に活性化される電磁石として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記遮蔽要素(15)が、消磁後に再び磁化される永久磁石として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記遮蔽要素(19)が、前記工作物(10)のための受容装置(18)の一部として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 磁化可能被覆材料によって被覆されるべき工作物(10)の表面の一部分(12)を境界付けする遮蔽要素において、
前記遮蔽要素(19)が電磁石として設計されることを特徴とする、遮蔽要素。 - 少なくとも前記遮蔽要素(19)への前記被覆材料の付着をより困難にさせる付着防止被覆を特徴とする、請求項10に記載された遮蔽要素。
- 前記付着防止被覆が、セラミック被覆として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載された遮蔽要素。
- 前記付着防止被覆が、酸化マグネシウムによって安定化された酸化ジルコニウムでできていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載された遮蔽要素。
- 前記遮蔽要素(19)が、前記工作物(10)のための受容装置(18)の一部として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項10から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載された遮蔽要素。
