Abstract
Description
ガラス基板と、
少なくとも1つの金属シリサイド及び/または金属シリサイド窒化物系の少なくとも1つの吸収層と、を備え、少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の2つの層間に埋め込まれ、かつそれらと接する、被覆ガラス板、が提供される。
ガラス基板と、
Fe2Si3、FeSin(式中、nは1以上であるが2未満または2より大きいが9以下の任意の整数または端数である)、及び/もしくはFemSi(式中、mは1〜9の任意の整数または端数である)、ならびに/またはそれらの窒化物のうちの1つ以上に基づく少なくとも1つの吸収層と、
を備える、被覆ガラス板、が提供される。
Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはTiの酸化物、ならびに/またはZrの酸化物系の基層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
金属酸化物ならびに/またはSiの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の分離層と、
Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備え得る。
○ Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/もしくはTiの酸化物、ならびに/もしくはZrの酸化物系の基層と、
○ ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
○ Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
を備える。
○ Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはTiの酸化物、ならびに/またはZrの酸化物系の基層と、
○ ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
○ 金属酸化物ならびに/またはSiの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の分離層と、
○ Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
を備える。
Znの酸化物及び/またはTiの酸化物系の層と、
NiCrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備え得る。
各中央反射防止層は、少なくとも、
Znの酸化物系の障壁層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
を、中央反射防止層が間に位置する銀系の機能層のうちのガラス基板に最も近く位置する銀系の機能層から順に含む。
各中央反射防止層は、少なくとも、
NiCrの酸化物系の障壁層と、
Znの酸化物系の障壁層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
を、中央反射防止層が間に位置する銀系の機能層のうちのガラス基板に最も近く位置する銀系の機能層から順に含む。
NiCrの酸化物系の層と、
Znの酸化物及び/またはTiの酸化物系の層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAl(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備え得る。
Znの酸化物系の障壁層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
を、ガラス基板から最も遠く位置する銀系の機能層から順に備える。
NiCrの酸化物系の障壁層と、
Znの酸化物系の障壁層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
を、ガラス基板から最も遠く位置する銀系の機能層から順に備える。
Al窒化物の層は、残留酸素のみを含むAr/N2スパッタ雰囲気中でAlターゲットから反応的にスパッタリングを行った。
実施例1〜29の被覆の堆積後、TL及び色Rgを測定し、サンプルを約650℃で約5分間加熱した。その後、ヘイズ、TL、色T、色Rc、及び色Rgを測定した。結果を上の表1に列記する。
比較例1及び2は、本発明に要される吸収層を含まないスタックで被覆した板である。したがって、これらの2つの比較例は、他の実施例より大分高い光透過率を呈する。
Claims (18)
- 少なくとも次の層、すなわち、
ガラス基板と、
少なくとも1つの金属シリサイド及び/または金属シリサイド窒化物系の少なくとも1つの吸収層と、を備え、前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の2つの層間に埋め込まれ、かつそれらと接する、被覆ガラス板。 - 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン、タングステン、及び/またはアルミニウムから選択された元素の金属または金属合金のシリサイド、及び/またはシリサイド窒化物系の層を備える、請求項1に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、TiSi、TiSi2、Ti5Si3、V3Si、V2Si、VSi、Cr3Si、Cr2Si、CrSi、CrSi2、MnSi2、FeSin(式中、nは1〜9の任意の整数または端数である)、FemSi(式中、mは1〜9の任意の整数または端数である)、CoSi2、Ni2Si、NiSi、NiSi2、NiSi6、NiCrSi2、Zr4Si、Zr2Si、Zr3Si2、Zr4Si3、Zr6Si5、ZrSi、ZrSi2、HfSi、HfSi2、Nb2Si、NbSi2、Ta5Si、Ta5Si2、Ta5Si3、TaSi2、Mo3Si、Mo3Si2、MoSi2、W3Si2、WSi2、Al4Si3、及び/もしくはAlSi2、ならびに/またはそれらの窒化物系の層を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 少なくとも次の層、すなわち、
ガラス基板と、
Fe2Si3、FeSin(式中、nは1以上であるが2未満または2より大きいが9以下の任意の整数または端数である)、及び/もしくはFemSi(式中、mは1〜9の任意の整数または端数である)、ならびに/またはそれらの窒化物のうちの1つ以上に基づく少なくとも1つの吸収層と、
を備える、
被覆ガラス板。 - 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の少なくとも1つの層と接する、請求項4に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の2つの層間に埋め込まれ、かつそれらと接する、請求項5に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層がFeSin及び/またはそれらの窒化物系である場合、nは、1〜1.95または2.05より大きいが9以下、好ましくは1〜1.90または2.10より大きいが9以下の任意の整数または端数である、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Alの窒化物系の少なくとも1つの層と接する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、Alの窒化物系の2つの層間に埋め込まれ、かつそれらと接する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記板は、銀系の機能層を更に備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記板は、
前記ガラス基板と前記銀系の機能層との間に位置する下位反射防止層と、
前記銀系の機能層の上に位置する上位反射防止層と、を更に備える、請求項10に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。 - 前記板は、1つより多い銀系の機能層を備え、各銀系の機能層は、隣接する銀系の機能層から中央反射防止層により離間される、請求項10または請求項11に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、前記上位反射防止層にかつ/または、請求項12に従属する場合は、中央反射防止層内に位置する、請求項11または請求項12に記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収層は、少なくとも1nmはあるが最大でも10nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の前記層(複数可)は各々独立に、少なくとも5nmはあるが最大でも25nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜3または5〜14のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。
- 前記下位反射防止層は、次の層、すなわち、
Siの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはTiの酸化物、ならびに/またはZrの酸化物系の基層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
金属酸化物ならびに/またはSiの(酸)窒化物及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金系の分離層と、
Znの酸化物系の最上層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備え、
前記上位反射防止層は、次の層、すなわち、
NiCrの酸化物系の層と、
Znの酸化物及び/またはTiの酸化物系の層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備える、請求項11に記載の、または請求項12〜15が請求項11に直接もしくは間接的に従属する場合には請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。 - 前記中央反射防止層(複数可)は、次の層、すなわち、
NiCrの酸化物系の層と、
Znの酸化物及び/またはTiの酸化物系の層と、
ZnとSnの酸化物及び/またはSnの酸化物等の、金属酸化物系の層と、
Siの(酸)窒化物、及び/もしくはAlの(酸)窒化物ならびに/またはそれらの合金、ならびに/またはAl、Si、Ti、及び/もしくはZrの酸化物系の層と、
のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも1つの組み合わせを備える、請求項12に記載の、または請求項13〜16が請求項12に直接または間接的に従属する場合には請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載の前記被覆ガラス板。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス板を組み込む複層ガラス窓。
