Claims (15)
- 光出射窓と、
前記光出射窓を通る光路を有する光を提供する光源と、
を含む照明モジュールであって、
前記光出射窓は、前記照明モジュールの出力色温度が調整されるように彫刻されている、
照明モジュール。 - 前記照明モジュールは発光ダイオードモジュールであり、前記光源は発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記光出射窓は、前記光路を考慮して前記光出射窓の内表面上に配置される蛍光体コーティングを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記光出射窓は、ガラス材料、PMMA等の半透明ポリマ材料、アルミナ等のセラミック材料、酸窒化アルミニウム(AlON)、イットリウムアルミニウムガーネット(YAG)又はルテチウムアルミニウムガーネット(LuAG)等のセラミック蛍光体、サファイア又はスピネル等の鉱物系材料、及びセリウムをドープしたイットリウムアルミニウムガーネット(YAG:Ce)又はセリウムをドープしたルテチウムアルミニウムガーネット(LuAG:Ce)等の蛍光性セラミックからなるグループから選択される材料を含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記光出射窓の表面は、好ましくは前記表面の表面積の10%〜100%程度まで彫刻される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記光出射窓は、視覚パターンに従って彫刻される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記表面に隣接して配置されるカバーを更に含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 光出射窓と、前記光出射窓を通る光路を有する光を提供する光源とを含み、第1の出力色温度を有する、照明モジュールを提供するステップと、
前記光出射窓を、前記照明モジュールの出力色温度が第2の出力色温度に調整されるように彫刻するステップと、
を含む、前記照明モジュールの出力色温度を調整するための方法。 - 前記第2の出力色温度は、前記第1の出力色温度よりも低い、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の出力色温度は、前記第1の出力色温度よりも高い、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記彫刻するステップは、レーザ彫刻によって実行される、請求項8乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の出力色温度を測定するステップを更に含み、前記彫刻するステップは測定された前記第1の出力色温度に基づいて実行される、請求項8乃至11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記彫刻するステップは、前記光出射窓の表面上、好ましくは前記表面の10%〜100%の範囲の表面積上で実行される、請求項8乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記彫刻するステップは、視覚パターンが彫刻されるように実行される、請求項8乃至13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記彫刻するステップの前に実行される、前記照明モジュールを組み立てるステップを更に含む、請求項8乃至14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
