Claims (21)
- 金属溶湯を収容している容器内で前記金属溶湯を循環させるための装置であって、前記装置が、
完全に前記容器内に配置されたウェルと、
前記ウェル内に配置された磁石と
を含む、装置。 - 前記磁石が、回転可能式または電磁式のいずれかである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ウェルの破損を検出する検出器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器からの信号に応じて、前記磁石を前記ウェルの外につり上げるように作動可能なつり上げ装置をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の溶解炉。
- a.主炉床と、
b.サイドウェルと、
c.少なくとも前記主炉床および前記サイドウェルを取り囲む溶解炉壁と、
d.前記溶解炉内で金属溶湯を撹拌する装置と、を含み、
前記装置が、
i.完全に前記溶解炉内であって、かつ前記溶解炉壁に接触することなく前記サイドウェルに隣接して配置される略円筒形の耐熱壁を備えるポンプウェルと、
ii.少なくとも部分的に前記ポンプウェル内におかれ、磁石アセンブリを備える渦電流ポンプと、を含む金属溶湯溶解炉。 - 前記磁石アセンブリが、回転可能な永久磁石アセンブリであり、前記ポンプが、前記回転可能な永久磁石アセンブリを回転させるモータをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記磁石アセンブリが、固定された電磁式アセンブリである、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記ポンプウェルが、前記サイドウェルに隣接する、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記ポンプを冷却する手段をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記冷却手段が、冷却媒体を前記ウェル内に吹き込む送風機である、請求項9に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁石の周囲に冷却媒体を通過させるように適合されるジャケットをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記ウェルの破損を検出する検出器をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記検出器からの信号に応じて、前記ポンプを前記ウェルの外につり上げるように作動可能なつり上げ装置をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の溶解炉。
- 溶解炉の操作者の制御に応じて、前記ポンプを前記ウェルの外につり上げるように作動可能なつり上げ装置をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の溶解炉。
- 非鉄金属溶湯溶解炉で使用する金属溶湯撹拌装置であって、前記装置が、
a.前記溶解炉容器内に配置可能なポンプ容器と、
b.前記ポンプ容器内に配置された磁石装置と、
c.前記ポンプ容器に配置された、前記ポンプ容器における少なくとも1つのパラメータを測定する検出器と、
を含む、金属溶湯撹拌装置。 - 前記磁石装置が、電磁式アセンブリを含む、請求項15に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記磁石装置が、少なくとも1つの永久磁石と、前記永久磁石を回転させるモータとを含む、請求項12に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記磁石装置を少なくとも部分的に前記ポンプ容器の外に取り出す巻き上げ装置をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記検出器が前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを測定する場合、前記巻き上げ装置が、前記磁石装置を前記ポンプ容器の外に移動するように構成される、請求項18に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記検出器が熱電対である、請求項15に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記検出器が、導電率検出器である、請求項15に記載の撹拌装置。
