Abstract
【解決手段】アルミスクラップ等の溶解炉の渦室をドーナツ形状にし、その中央部にスターラ8を例えば昇降可能に設ける、より詳しくは、溶湯を貯留する溶解室1と、渦流によって処理材を溶解する渦室2とを備え、前記溶解室1の側面に前記渦室2を設け、前記渦室2から連通口3を介して前記溶解室1に溶湯が出入りする溶解炉において、平面視ドーナツ状の周壁22を備える前記渦室2の底壁23の中央部に耐火物からなる断熱筒7を着脱不能に起立して設置し、前記渦室2と前記断熱筒7とによって平面視ドーナツ状の攪拌空間24を形成し、前記断熱筒7内に非接触型スターラ8を収容してある。

Claims (3)
- 溶湯を貯留する溶解室(1)と、渦流によって処理材を溶解する渦室(2)とを備え、溶解室(1)の側面に渦室(2)を設け、渦室(2)から連通口(3)を介して溶解室(1)に溶湯が出入りする溶解炉において、
平面視ドーナツ状の周壁(22)を備える渦室(2)の底壁(23)の中央部に耐火物からなる断熱筒(7)を着脱不能に起立して設置し、渦室(2)と断熱筒(7)とによって平面視ドーナツ状の攪拌空間(24)を形成し、断熱筒(7)内に非接触型スターラ(8)を収容してあることを特徴とする溶解炉。 - 平面視した場合に、断熱筒(7)の肉厚を渦室(2)の肉厚よりも薄くしてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶解炉。
- 非接触型スターラ(8)が断熱筒(7)内で昇降可能に設けられ、非接触型スターラ(8)の最下端位置が渦室(2)の底壁(23)の上面以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶解炉。
