Abstract
Description
−メタリック表面を有する部品を提供するステップと、
−所定の混合比で、光沢ペイントおよび艶消しペイントを混合することによって、艶消し/光沢混合物を製造するステップと、
−艶消し/光沢混合物を部品のメタリック表面に塗布するステップと、
−艶消し/光沢混合物を架橋するステップと
を含む方法が開示されている。
Claims (11)
- 所定の光沢度を有する部品を製造するための方法であって、
−メタリック表面を有する部品を提供するステップと、
−所定の混合比で、光沢ペイントおよび艶消しペイントを混合することによって、艶消し/光沢混合物を製造するステップと、
−前記艶消し/光沢混合物を前記部品の前記メタリック表面に塗布するステップと、
−前記艶消し/光沢混合物を架橋するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記光沢ペイントおよび/または艶消しペイントが、UV硬化されたペイントであり、かつ前記艶消し/光沢混合物の架橋が、UV放射線によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品を提供するために、プラスチック基板を、少なくとも1つのメタリック層を有する層系でコーティングすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、PVDおよび/またはCVD方法によって、および/または電気メッキによって塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ペイントコート、好ましくは、UV硬化されたペイントコートを、前記層系と前記プラスチック基板との間に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記層系が、少なくとも2つのメタリック層を有することを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記層系が、元素の形態で、合金の形態で、および/または化合物の形態で、少なくとも2種またはそれ以上の金属元素を有することを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 光沢ペイントおよび艶消しペイントの架橋混合物から構成される層がメタリック表面に塗布される、所定の光沢度を有する部品。
- 前記部品が、少なくとも1つのメタリック層を有する層系とともに、プラスチック基板を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の部品。
- ペイントコートが、前記層系と前記プラスチック基板との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の部品。
- 前記ペイントの少なくとも1つ、好ましくは前記ペイントの全てが、UV硬化されたペイントであることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
