Abstract
Description
本出願は、2013年4月27日に出願された「オーブン(Oven)」という名称の中国特許出願第201310152192.3号、第201320223136.X号、第201320223135.5号、第201320223134.0号、第201320222654.X号、第201320223133.6号、第201320223132.1号、第201320223131.7号、及び第201330145894.X号の各々からの優先権を主張するものである。本出願は、2008年11月25日に出願された「加圧式調理オーブン」という名称の米国特許出願第12/734,737号にも関連する。上記出願の各々の全体を本明細書に援用する。
Claims (19)
- 加圧式オーブンであって、
制御システムと、
大気圧よりも高い圧力に耐えるように構成されたキャビティと、
前記キャビティの内部を所定の温度に加熱するように構成されたヒータと、
前記キャビティを密封するように構成されたロック機構と、
前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力が第1の所与の圧力と等しい又はそれ以上であるとき、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内から気体を放出するように構成されたリリーフバルブと、を有する加圧式オーブン。 - 前記リリーフバルブは、前記加圧式オーブンの上部に位置し、
前記リリーフバルブの重量は、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力が前記第1の所与の圧力未満であるとき、前記リリーフバルブを閉じた状態に維持し、
前記リリーフバルブは、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力が少なくとも前記第1の所与の圧力と等しいとき、開くように構成される、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。 - 更に、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力を検知するように構成された圧力センサを有し、
前記ヒータは、前記圧力が少なくとも第2の所与の圧力と等しいとき、オフにされる、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。 - 前記所定の温度は、最大約230℃である、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記ロック機構は、伝達部品と、レバーを含み、前記レバーを作動させるとき、前記伝達部品を移動させて、前記加圧式オーブンのドアをドアフレームに引き寄せることによって、前記キャビティの前記ドアフレームを密封し、前記ドアは、前記ドアと前記ドアフレームとの間に配置された第1の密封ガスケットを介して密封される、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記リリーフバルブは、通気用スタブ上に位置し、第2の密封ガスケットを介して前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティに結合される、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記リリーフバルブが開いているとき、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の気体が放出される、請求項2に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記リリーフバルブは、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力が上昇するにつれて徐々に気体を放出するように構成される、請求項2に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記リリーフバルブの前記構成によって、前記加圧式オーブンの不意の爆発を防止する、請求項8に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記通気用スタブの内径は、約5mm〜約8mmであり、前記リリーフバルブの重量は、約22g〜約24gである、請求項2に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- ロティスリーが前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内に配置され、
前記ロティスリーは、調理中、約2rpm〜約3rpmの回転速度で回転する、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。 - 前記制御システムは、リリーフバルブコントローラと、温度コントローラと、温度選択スイッチと、機能スイッチと、タイマとを有し、前記機能スイッチは、上部加熱要素と、後部加熱要素と、底部加熱要素を切替える、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記キャビティの上壁、底壁、後壁及び側壁は、密封チャンバが形成されるように互いに溶接される、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記加圧式オーブン内の圧力は、約6.8kPa〜約10kPaに維持される、請求項1に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 前記リリーフバルブコントローラは、調理が完了したとき、前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力を低下させるために、前記リリーフバルブを開くように構成される、請求項12に記載の加圧式オーブン。
- 加圧式オーブンを用いた食品調理方法であって、
食品を加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内に配置するステップと、
前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティを密封するステップと、
食品の調理温度を設定するステップと、
前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の所望の圧力を設定するステップと、を有し、
前記加圧式オーブンのキャビティ内の圧力が前記所望の圧力に達するとき、前記調理温度に到達するに過ぎない、食品調理方法。 - 更に、リリーフバルブを介して前記キャビティ内の圧力を調整するステップを有し、
前記キャビティ内の圧力が上昇するとき、前記リリーフバルブは開いて、気体を前記キャビティから放出する、請求項16に記載の食品調理方法。 - 更に、前記キャビティ内の圧力を約6.8kPa〜約10kPaに制御するステップを有する、請求項16に記載の食品調理方法。
- 更に、前記キャビティ内の温度が230℃を超えないように制御するステップを有する、請求項16に記載の食品調理方法。
