Trattasi di un'apparecchiatura per friggere prodotti alimentari a secco comprendente: - un vano (35) di cottura;- un contenitore (2) assialsimmetrico per prodotti alimentari dotato d'apertura (13) riciudibile con portello (12) collocata su una paretee laterale forata avente aperture (9) dimensionabile minori dei prodotti alimentari, detto contenitore (2) essendo supportato girevolmente e motorizzato intorno al proprio asse (2a) di simmetria in modo da ritenere i prodotti rimescolandoli durante la cottura;- un dispositivo (3) spruzzatore d'olio olio associato al contenitore (2) in modo da irrorarne periodicamente i prodotti contenuti;- mezzi ( riscaldamento del contenitore (2);- mezzi (5) att) attuatori della rotazione del contenitore (2) e movimentazione del portello (12);- mezzi (6) d'ar d'arresto della rotazione del contenitore (2);- m(7) di comando in successione di fase dei mezzi (5) attuatori e dei mezzi (6) d'arresto.
