Abstract
Description
1.第1に、表面を調整する初期フィルムの形成がある。この初期フィルムは、媒体中に存在する有機物から形成される。
2.次に、微生物が可逆的な粘着によって上記初期フィルムに付着し始める(非共有結合性又は弱い化学結合)。
3.次いで、その後の、より広範な微生物のコロニー形成のアンカーポイントを構成する糖質性細胞外ポリマー又はタンパク質若しくは糖タンパク質の生成によって、微生物の付着が容易となるため、微生物の付着は恒久的となる。表面上に恒久的に付着した微生物のフィルムは、本発明における意味のバイオフィルムを構成する。
4.最後に、バイオフィルムによる表面のコロニー化が、長期的には、広大なコロニーを形成することのできる動物界に属するマクロ生物の付着をもたらす。これらのマクロ生物は、ムラサキガイ及び牡蛎等の軟体動物;カンザシゴカイ;フジツボ等の甲殻類;ヒドロイデア(hydroidea)及び外肛動物等であることができる。
−生物付着に起因する腐食であろうと、O2若しくは塩化物等の水中に含有される化学生成物に起因する腐食であろうと、水と接触する表面の腐食を促進せず、又は理想的にはこれを抑制し、
−生物学的皮膜の生成及びマクロ生物のコロニーの成長を抑制し、
−フローラ及び動物相を駆除し得る濃度で使用した後に、当該産業装置の下流の水中に毒性又は腐食性の残滓を残さず、従って環境を保護する、
との特性を有する新規な殺生物組成物を見出すべき現在進行中の要求がある。

本発明による殺生物組成物の殺生物活性を増加することが可能であることを発見した。具体的には、予想外にも、式Iのトリアミンを含有する殺生物組成物に少なくとも1種の菌体外多糖を添加すると、相乗効果によって該組成物の殺生物活性を増加することが可能となった。
−人間衛生のための殺生物性生成物、例えば:塩化ベンゼトニウム、;臭化テトラドニウム;塩化キシレノール;硝酸銀;N,N’−(デカン−1,10−ジイルジ−1(4H)−ピリジル−4−イリデン)ビス(オクチルアンモニウム)ジクロリド;
−民間部門及び公衆衛生部門において使用される消毒剤、並びに他の殺生物剤、例えば、安息香酸ベンジル;カリウムジメチルジチオカルバメート;チウラム;ジラーム;チアベンダゾール;サリチル酸;銀;銅;4級アンモニウムイオン、ベンジル(C12〜18アルキル)ジメチルの化合物、ベンズイソチアゾール−1,2−オン−3(2H)1,1−ジオキシド塩(1:1);
−食料品及び動物の餌と接触する表面のための消毒剤、例えば、N−(3−アミノプロピル)−N−ドデシルプロパン−1,3−ジアミン;塩化ジデシルジメチルアンモニウム;塩化銀;4級アンモニウムイオン、ベンジル(C12〜18アルキル)ジメチルの化合物、塩化物;ジクロロフェン;4級アンモニウムイオン、(C12〜14アルキル)[(エチルフェニル)メチル]ジメチルの化合物、塩化物;
−冷却及び製造システムに使用される液体保護製品、例えば、N−(3−アミノプロピル)−N−ドデシルプロパン−1,3−ジアミン;一酸化二銀;ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニド;2−塩化アセタミド;4,5−ジクロロ−2−オクチル−2H−イソチアゾール−3−オン;ドデシルグアニジン、モノ塩化水素酸塩;クロロトルロン;プロメトリン;ベンゾチアゾール−2−チオール;4級アンモニウム化合物(ジアルキルジメチル(飽和又は不飽和のC6〜C18アルキル、並びに硫黄アルキル、ココイルアルキル、及び大豆アルキル)の塩化物、臭化物、又はメチルサルフェート/DDAC;4級アンモニウム化合物(ベンジルアルキルジメチル(飽和又は不飽和のC8〜C22アルキル、並びにタロウアルキル、ココイルアルキル、及び大豆アルキル)の塩化物、臭化物、又は水酸化物/BKC;4級アンモニウムイオン、C8〜10ジアルキルジメチルの化合物、塩化物;4級アンモニウムイオン ベンジル(C12〜14アルキル)ジメチルの化合物、塩化物;
−カビ防止製品、例えば、リグニンスルホン酸ナトリウム;N−メチルメタンアミンのポリマー((クロロメチル)オキシラン(Einecs 203−439−8)/塩化4級アンモニウム重合体とともにEinecs 204−697−4);N−ジデシル−N−ジポリエトキシアンモニウムボレート/ジデシルポリオキシエチルアンモニウム(didecylpolyoxethylammonium)ボレート;1,2−ベンズイソチアゾール−3(2H)−オン;ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−オクチルアミン;2,2’,2”−(ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリアジン−1,3,5−トリイル)トリエタノール;4級アンモニウムイオン、ココイルジメチル[[[[(カルボニル−2 エチル)(ヒドロキシ−2 エチル)アミノ]−2 エチル]アミノ]−2 オキソ−2−エチル]アルキルの化合物、水酸化物、分子内塩;
−物質の変形に使用される流体保護製品、例えばリグニン;4級アンモニウムイオン、ベンジル(C12〜18アルキル)ジメチルの化合物、塩化物;ブロノポール;4級アンモニウムイオン、ベンジル(C12〜16アルキル)ジメチルの化合物、塩化物;
−汚染防止製品:ジンクピリチオン;ジクロロ−N−[(ジメチルアミノ)スルフォニル]フルオロ−N−(p−トリル)メタンスルフェンアミド/トリルフルアニド;ジクロロフルアニド;チオシアン酸銅;一酸化二銅;ビス(1−ヒドロキシ−1H−ピリジン−2−チオナト−O,S)銅、ジネーブ;N’−tert−ブチル−N−シクロプロピル−6−(メチルチオ)−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4−ジアミン;
−又はその他の合成化合物、例えばN−ココイル−1,3−ジアミノプロパン、若しくは天然化合物、例えばゾステリン酸;
−又はこれらの混合物。

−これらが、生物学的皮膜の形成、及びマクロ生物のコロニーの成長も抑制すること、並びに
−これらが、産業装置の下流中の動植物を駆除し得る濃度で使用した後の水中に毒性又は腐食性の残滓を残さず、従って環境を保護すること
を見出した。
本発明について特定の実施態様と関連して記載したが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではなく、本発明が、ここに記載された手段の技術的等価物のすべて、及び本発明の背景に存在するこれらの結合物も包含することは、極めて明白である。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種の殺生物活性化合物、及び少なくとも1種の非イオン性又はアニオン性の菌体外多糖(EPS)を含有する殺生物組成物であって、
前記殺生物活性化合物が下記式I:
R1は2〜16の炭素原子を含む直鎖又は分岐鎖を有するアルキルアミンラジカルを表し、
R2は水素原子又は1〜18の炭素原子を含む直鎖状若しくは分岐状のアルキル鎖を表し、そして
R3は、R1とは独立に、2〜16の炭素原子を含む直鎖若しくは分岐鎖を有するアルキルアミンラジカル、又は−CH2−CH2−CH2−NH−R4ラジカル(式中、R4は4〜20の炭素原子を含む飽和若しくは不飽和の脂肪酸鎖、又はC4〜C20アルキル鎖の混合物である)を表す}
によるトリアミンのうちの少なくとも1種から選択され、
前記殺生物組成物が、該殺生物組成物の全質量に対する質量基準で:
0.5%〜90%の前記殺生物化合物、及び
0.1%〜10%の前記菌体外多糖
を含むことを特徴とする、前記殺生物組成物。 - 式IIの前記殺生物化合物が、
N,N−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)オクチルアミン及びN,N−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)ドデシルアミン、又はこれらの混合物
から選択される、請求項2に記載の殺生物組成物。 - 前記式IIによる殺生物化合物がN,N−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)ドデシルアミンである、請求項3に記載の殺生物組成物。
- 前記式IIIによる殺生物性化合物が、
N1−ステアリルジプロピレントリアミン、N1−オレイルジプロピレントリアミン、及びN1−タロウジプロピレントリアミン、又はこれらの混合物
から選択される、請求項5に記載の殺生物組成物。 - 前記菌体外多糖が、該EPS中の単糖の総数を基準とする単糖数として、30%を超える中性糖、1%〜70%の酸性糖、及び30%未満のアミノ糖を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物組成物。
- 前記EPSが、デキストラン、キサンタン、スクシノグリカン、及びガラクトマンナン、又はこれらの混合物
から選択される、請求項7に記載の殺生物組成物。 - 前記EPSが、MO203、MO245、MO169、MO229、FAK1657、RA19、RA29、MI550、TE7、TIK650、CAM023、CAM025、CMA036、CAM064、CAM015、CAM090、COT A、MICB−03A、EPS GG、MI550、TIK650、及びTE7、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項7に記載の殺生物組成物。
- 前記式Iの殺生物性化合物が、前記殺生物組成物の全質量に対する質量基準で、5〜30%、より好ましくは9〜25%存在し、そして
前記菌体外多糖が、前記殺生物組成物の全質量に対する質量基準で、0.5%〜8%、さらにより好ましくは0.5%〜5%存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物組成物。 - 水中又は水と接触する表面上の微生物及びマクロ生物の成長抑制及び/又は除去のために、水及び前記水と接触する表面を処理する方法であって、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物組成物を、前記水中に注入すること、及び/又は前記表面に適用することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 殺生物組成物を断続的に水中に注入することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 殺生物組成物を連続的に水中に注入することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも殺生物組成物を粉末状フィラーと混合し、得られた混合物を顔料として用いて塗料を調製し、そして該塗料を水と接触する表面に適用することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 水中又は水と接触する表面上における、生物学的皮膜、微生物及び/又はマクロ生物の成長抑制及び/又は除去のための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物組成物の使用。
