Claims (8)
- 研削砥石であって、
前記研削砥石は好ましくは歯車を研削するためのものであり、
前記研削砥石は、前記研削砥石を固定する働きをする孔(2)及び研削砥石の気孔(1’)内の補強層(2b)を備える、研削砥石において、
少なくとも1つの注入されたプラスチックを用いて、前記孔(2)を裏張りするリング(2a)及び前記研削砥石の気孔内の前記補強層(2b)の両方を形成することを特徴とする、研削砥石。 - 前記注入されるプラスチックは、2成分又は多成分ポリウレタン系で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の研削砥石。
- 前記孔(2)を裏張りする前記リング(2a)の壁厚さ(3)及び前記補強層(2b)内の前記プラスチックの侵入深さ(4)は調整できることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の研削砥石。
- 前記研削砥石は、開放性かつ極めて多孔性の構造によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の研削砥石。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の研削砥石を補強する方法であって、
前記方法は、 前記研削砥石(1)が、好ましくは水平に位置合わせされた回転軸(6)を有して回転するよう設定され、特定の量の埋込用樹脂がプラスチックとして前記孔(2)に注入されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 注入された前記埋込用樹脂が自由に流れ出るのを防止するために、密閉要素(8a、8b)を前記研削砥石(1)の外側に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- リング(2a)の壁厚さ(3)及び前記埋込用樹脂の侵入深さ(4)は、回転速度、注入される前記埋込用樹脂の量及び流動度、並びに/又は使用する前記埋込用樹脂の硬化時間を変えることによって調整できることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記研削砥石(1)は、好ましくは400rpm(毎分回転数)の略一定の速度で回転することを特徴とする、請求項5、6又は7に記載の方法。
