Claims (36)
- 患者の体内への器械アクセスを可能にするトロカール外科用シールであって、前記トロカール外科用シールは、
患者の体の外部に配置される第1の支持体と、
患者の体内に配置される第2の支持体と、
前記第1の支持体に連結された第1の端部及び前記第2の支持体に連結された第2の端部を有すると共に調節不能な長さを備えた押しつぶし可能なフィルム通路とを有し、前記フィルム通路は、患者の体に設けた開口部を通って且つ前記患者の体の前記開口部と直接的な接触関係をなして設けられ、前記フィルム通路は、前記フィルム通路を通って挿入される器械が存在しない状態において前記フィルム通路と直接的な接触状態にある前記患者の体により及ぼされる圧縮力に起因してゼロ内径を呈し、前記フィルム通路は、器械が前記フィルム通路を通って挿入されて前記フィルム通路と直接的な接触関係にある状態において器械シールを提供する、トロカール外科用シール。 - 前記第1若しくは前記第2の支持体又は前記フィルム通路の互いに対する運動は、前記フィルム通路の前記内径を拡大するには不十分な力をもたらす、請求項1記載のトロカール外科用シール。
- 前記第1若しくは前記第2の支持体又は前記フィルム通路の互いに対する運動は、前記患者の体の前記開口部を拡張させるには不十分な力をもたらす、請求項1又は2記載のトロカール外科用シール。

- ゼロシールが前記第1の支持体又は前記第1の支持体の近くで前記フィルム通路に連結されている、請求項16乃至33の何れか1項に記載のトロカール外科用シール。
- ゼロシールが前記第2の支持体又は前記第2の支持体の近くで前記フィルム通路に連結されている、請求項16乃至34の何れか1項に記載のトロカール外科用シール。
- 前記フィルム通路は、前記フィルム通路を通って挿入される器械が存在していない場合に前記フィルム通路と直接的な接触状態にある封止キャップにより及ぼされる圧縮力に起因してゼロ内径を呈し、前記フィルム通路は、器械が前記フィルム通路を通って挿入されて前記フィルム通路と直接的な接触関係をなす状態において器械シールを提供する、請求項16至35の何れか1項に記載のトロカール外科用シール。
