混合するとき、69Kgの乾燥した砂をゆっくりと加える。
撹拌するとき、83Kgの蒸留水をゆっくりと加える。
完全に混合した後、リトマス試験紙またはpH計でpH値を測定し、10%の水酸化ナトリウム(蒸留水で調製)をpH値が7.5に達するまでゆっくりと加える。
余った蒸留水を加えて、水酸化カルシウムに加えた水の総量を93Kgにし、pH値を測定して7.5に調整する。
Claims (20)
- PHAs及びPLAを含み、PLAの質量パーセント含量が1%から95%である
ことを特徴とする生分解性薄膜。 - 前記PLAの質量パーセント含量が10%〜50%である
請求項1に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記PHAsが、PHBsまたはPHVs、またはPHBs及びPHVsの共重合体もしくはブレンドである
請求項1に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記PHBsが、3HB及び4HBを重合してなるP(3HB−co−4HB)である
請求項3に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記4HBのモルパーセントが5%〜85%である
請求項3に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - セルロース繊維を含む
請求項1に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記生分解性薄膜から熱成型、樹脂射出成型、または溶融紡糸により、薄膜、固体及び液体の容器、剛性または柔軟性包装、長繊維及び短繊維の織布、編地及び不織布、並びに織物及び薄膜の複合製品が生産される
請求項1に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記溶融紡糸が、スパンボンド及びメルトブローの不織処理を含む
請求項7に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記不織布が、湿式接着または乾式接着により接着される
請求項7に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記不織布が、ニードルパンチ工程、スパンレース工程、熱カレンダー、熱気流による堆積、または以下の加熱処理、すなわちマイクロ波、超音波、溶接、遠赤外線及び近赤外線による加熱によって得られる
請求項7に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記複合製品が、圧延してなる薄膜または織物であり、紡糸堆積処理、ニードルパンチ処理、パルプもしくは繊維の気流堆積処理またはスパンレース処理を組み合わせる
請求項7に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記圧延が、サーマルボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド、または超音波接着不織処理を含み、前記複合製品が工業及び医療用防護織物に用いられる
請求項11に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 前記複合製品が、スパンボンドを介して内外表面とするメルトブロー濾材を含み、前記製品が、辺縁で前記メルトブロー濾材を縫製または熱接着または超音波接着する
請求項11に記載の生分解性薄膜。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の生分解性薄膜、及びPBATを含む
ことを特徴とする生分解性積層材料。 - 質量パーセントが5〜60%のPBATを含有する
請求項14に記載の生分解性積層材料。 - 重量が5〜60%の充填材を含む
請求項14に記載の生分解性積層材料。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の生分解性薄膜、及びPBSを含む
ことを特徴とする生分解性積層材料。 - 質量パーセントが5〜40%のPBSを含有する
請求項17に記載の生分解性積層材料。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の生分解性薄膜と、PBAT及びPBSの混合物とを含む
ことを特徴とする生分解性積層材料。 - 質量パーセントが5〜50%のPBAT及び5〜40%のPBSを含有する
