Abstract
Description
まず、実験に用いた試験片としては、C;0.12重量%以下(ただし、0%は除く)、Mn:0.50重量%以下(ただし、0%を除く)、P;0.04重量%(ただし、0%を除く)、そしてS;0.040重量%(ただし、0%を除く)、および残部Feとその他不可避不純物を含み、熱間圧延および冷間圧延を経て、厚さ0.8mmに圧延された鋼板を用意した。
Claims (27)
- 鋼板と、
前記鋼板の上部に形成されたアルミニウム−鉄合金層と、
前記アルミニウム−鉄合金層の上部に形成されたアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層とからなり、
前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、全体合金層においてマグネシウムが1〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。 - 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、全体合金層においてマグネシウムが9〜40重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、α相とβ相(Al3Mg2)が混在したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−鉄合金層は、前記鋼板から前記合金層方向に全体合金層の厚さの1〜50%形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−鉄合金層は、鋼板の鉄成分がコーティング層に拡散してAlxFey層を形成し、前記AlxFey層は、下記条件を満足することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板(ここで、AlxFey層において、xは1〜3、yは0.5〜1.5)。
- 前記アルミニウム−鉄合金層の厚さは0.2〜1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、結晶粒子形状に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層の厚さが0.5〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層の結晶粒子は、α相とβ相(Al3Mg2)がそれぞれ結晶粒子を形成し、結晶粒子の平均粒径が0.1〜2μmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層において、前記結晶粒子は、β相/α相の面積比が10〜70%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層のα相とβ相は、XRD強度比Iβ(880)/Iα(111)が0.01〜1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層が形成された鋼板。
- 鋼板を用意する段階と、
前記鋼板の上部にアルミニウムコーティング層を真空蒸着する段階と、
前記アルミニウムコーティング層の上部にマグネシウムコーティング層を少なくとも1回以上真空蒸着する段階と、
前記マグネシウムコーティング層の上部に少なくとも1回以上2次アルミニウムコーティング層を真空蒸着する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。 - 前記2次アルミニウム層の上部に2次マグネシウム層を少なくとも1回以上真空蒸着する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記鋼板の上部に、アルミニウムコーティング層の代わりにマグネシウムコーティング層を先に真空蒸着し、続いて、アルミニウムコーティング層とマグネシウムコーティング層を順次に、少なくとも1回以上繰り返し真空蒸着することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記鋼板上に真空蒸着するマグネシウムコーティング層は、前記マグネシウムの上部に真空蒸着されたアルミニウムが拡散によって前記鋼板上の鉄と反応して、前記コーティング層に鉄−アルミニウム合金層を形成可能な厚さに真空蒸着することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、全体合金層においてマグネシウムが1〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、全体合金層においてマグネシウムが9〜40重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウムコーティング層と前記マグネシウムコーティング層とからなるアルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層は、その厚さが0.5〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層は、マグネトロンスパッタリングによって真空蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層は、アルミニウムソースおよびマグネシウムソースの上部に配置された前記鋼板を繰り返し往復運動させて真空蒸着させることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層は、前記アルミニウムソースおよびマグネシウムソースに印加される電流または電圧を変化させて、アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層の組成を変化させることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層が形成された鋼板を熱処理炉で熱処理して、前記アルミニウム−マグネシウムコーティング層をアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層に相変態させることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記熱処理は、不活性雰囲気下、温度範囲は350〜450℃、熱処理時間は2〜10分の条件で実施することを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記熱処理によって、前記コーティング層を、鉄−アルミニウム合金層またはアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層のうちのいずれか1つ以上形成することを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 鋼板の鉄成分がコーティング層に拡散してAlxFey層を形成し、前記AlxFey層は、下記条件を満足することを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法(ここで、AlxFey層において、xは1〜3、yは0.5〜1.5)。
- 前記アルミニウム−鉄合金層の厚さは0.2〜1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
- 前記熱処理によって、前記アルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層は、α相またはβ相(Al3Mg2)のうちのいずれか1つ以上を形成することを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の鋼板にアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金層を形成する方法。
