Claims (3)

前記薄膜型培養器が、第1の種類の微生物によって気体に変換されうる栄養成分を含む、ことと、
前記撮像装置を使用して、前記薄膜型培養器の第2の画像を生成することであって、前記第2の画像が前記薄膜型培養器の前記後面に照明を与えながら生成される、ことと、
前記第1の画像を解析して前記薄膜型培養器内の第1の位置の微生物コロニーを識別することと、
前記第2の画像を解析して前記薄膜型培養器内の第2の位置の第1の気泡を識別することと、
前記第1の位置が前記第2の位置から所定の距離の範囲内にあるかを判定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記第2の画像を解析して第1の気泡を識別することが、前記第1の気泡の周囲の第1の所定の領域を解析して第2の気泡を検出することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の気泡のサイズパラメータを第2の気泡のサイズパラメータと比較することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
