Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1本の畝(1)を含むパターンで内面に溝が切られ、該少なくとも1本の畝(1)の少なくとも一部が粗面化されていることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1に記載の溝付き管において、該溝付き管には継ぎ目がないことを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1または2に記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)の粗面化部分は複数のくぼみ(5)を含み、該複数のくぼみ(5)の大きさは、該くぼみ(5)の深さが0.0001mm〜0.01mmの範囲となるよう、および前記畝(1)の底部(4)の平面部における前記くぼみ(5)の開口部の寸法が0.0001mm〜0.01mmの範囲となるように規定されることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項3に記載の溝付き管において、前記くぼみ(5)の深さは0.001mm〜0.005mmの範囲であり、前記畝(1)の前記底部(4)の平面部における該くぼみ(5)の開口部の寸法は0.001mm〜0.005mmの範囲であることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1または2に記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)の粗面化部分は複数の突起部(6)を含み、該複数の突起部(6)の大きさは、突起部の高さが0.0001mm〜0.01mmの範囲となるよう、および突起部(6)の底面の断面の寸法が0.0001mm〜0.01mmの範囲となるように規定されることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項5に記載の溝付き管において、前記突起部(6)の高さは0.001mm〜0.005mmの範囲であり、該突起部(6)の底面の断面の寸法は0.001mm〜0.005mmの範囲であることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)は、上部(2)、側面部(3)、および底部(4)を有し、該少なくとも1本の畝(1)の該上部(2)および該側面部(3)は滑らかであり、該少なくとも1本の畝(1)の底部(4)の少なくとも一部は粗面化されていることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の溝付き管において、該管は銅または銅合金からなることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)は該管の前記内面にらせん状に構成されることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項3ないし4のいずれかに記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)の粗面化部分は、表面の少なくとも一部が粗面化された金型を使用して該管を引抜き加工して、該少なくとも1本の畝(1)の少なくとも一部が粗面化されることを特徴とする溝付き管。
- 請求項7ないし10のいずれかに記載の溝付き管において、前記少なくとも1本の畝(1)の粗面化部分は、該少なくとも1本の畝(1)の粗面化すべき部分に金属粒子を焼結させることで形成されることを特徴とする溝付き管。
